They opened up their doors and got me right in. My back was killing me and I really need some lower back work. The masseuse was so attentive and very focused on getting the knots out. I took a 60 minute session and could not be more happy. My back felt like new and my pain had disappeared. From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We initially misunderstood and thought appointments weren't necessary. Once it was explained to us, we scheduled a session for later that day and returned about three hours afterward. We waited briefly, about six minutes, in the seating area before being escorted upstairs. Our massages were one hour and included full body and hot stones. The ladies who worked with us were professional, kind, and attentive. They focused on pressure points without being invasive, and both my husband and I felt completely relaxed and cared for. We already knew we would return. As we were leaving and getting into our car, one of the staff members came outside to let us know that our package also included a facial, which we hadn't received. We hadn't even realized it was missing. She told us she would provide another gift certificate so we could come back for the facials. That level of honesty and integrity goes a very long way with us.
