Everything got done in record time, at estimate, no further issues. Recently I thought the same thing was happening on the other side. They looked, found nothing, "we added some lube, had three of our guys drive to see if they could tell. They didn't feel it, but definitely bring it to Subaru if you keep having an issue. When I called to ask why, they said it was because they didn't have any buses or transportation available. They assured me I wouldn't be charged. Nonetheless, I received a payment confirmation the next day. I called the company back to flag the issue and was told that both transactions were now cancelled and would disappear from my credit card within 3-5 business days. It's now been almost a month and I still haven't received any refund. Both pending charges have officially gone through, and no one is answering my emails or calls. I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges. I'm so frustrated!
