I called and received an online price, however once the confirmation e-mail was sent 5 days later- the price had gone up $47. I called to have them fix their error only to find out a supervisor was the only one that could help me. I was told the price was good for 14 days- clearly not true. I found this. I thought that I would make a small unit that I was only going to be paying 55 dollars a month but turns out I need one size bigger and Manager was not able to have me pay the difference even though I only used one and then there is the fact that the front office never has anyone in it when you call the facility you are constantly getting a call center, which is run by people that do not speak English very well and I am not even going to begin on the state of the facility. The front of the facility is rundown dirty not maintained well. The gate has been broken for well over a month. No one has come out to fix it. The main access door doesn't even lock and on top of that the manager is only here when he chooses to be. It is an absolute disgrace to any sort of customer service job and this company needs to close this location down and sell it off honestly, I will never ever ever ever ever rent from this place again overpriced understaffed horrible location if I'm gonna pay $135 a month for a 5' x 10' only to find out that I can get a 10' x 5' for $50 less a mile up the road I think we all know which one I'm going to choose. This facility has claims that they have AC but you won't feel it when you walk in. We started renting the smallest unit for around $124.00 each month. However 1.5 years later it jumped to almost $200.00 a month without warning. I never received any emails or notification that there were going to be increases. I understand our financial outlook today is less than desirable with everything going up however, almost 200 a month for the smallest unit is not sustainable for most people, they stated that the building had AC but you couldn't tell when you went in to the building to add or downsize items. It was HOT and you got sweaty! When we finally moved out, just this September 2023 we found rodent poison in the unit. I don't know how people pay 200 a month to store items in hopes that one day they'll need them, but let's hope you're never in that position because I thought that was way too much. Just my personal opinion. I will say unit felt secured getting in and out. It was clean. This is the best storage unit place! Odette greeted like we were old friends. She was helpful with all our needs and questions. Inside and outside was neat and clean. There was plenty of space for our giant moving truck. The unit was super clean and available just when we needed it. Inside is climate controlled which makes it more comfortable for all the heavy work we were doing. Prices are fair and locks are available to buy on site. The location is convenient to most of Clermont. We couldn't have asked for a better storage company. THANKS! read more
