There isn't a need to head to the post office. They have multiple options for shipping packages and have quite the variety of stamps. The service is great and always quick! Which is appreciated! Keep up the great work!

I can have a lot of grace and patience especially for newer staff members who may not have the muscle memory for the job just yet, but I came in this last week, waited in line a bit, and was greeted and served by a newer team member. I came with a few art pieces (none bigger than 9x12 in size) I needed packaged and shipped to 2 different addresses. We sat in there a good 45 min waiting, watching the whole time, she struggled to pack them correctly and something in me knew I should have triple checked if the packing slips ended up with the correct boxes but I decided to trust her. Side note: One of those packages was going to a dear friend who just had a huge loss in her life and the piece I was commissioned to do was to commemorate them at the funeral. I gave myself enough time to ship it out so it arrived on time. I left after waiting a long while to finish up everything and got my tracking numbers. The first package arrived when it said it was going to (the one for the funeral) and she opened it and told me it was the wrong piece. I immediately called the store and Kim was very helpful in getting me new shipping labels to then send to each person and get them to resend each package. Very thankful for her help. I was informed that my inconvenience was noted and that a manager will reach out and follow up. It's been a few days and still haven't heard anything. I can have grace for the new trainee but this is when the importance of what's shipping comes into play, you never know as a customer service rep what's super important and what's not. This particular commission getting there late affects my business and makes me look bad for not getting it there on time. This person paid good money to receive this piece on time and was very disappointed. All of that being said, I will keep coming back, I won't let this deter me from support a local business but I share this experience more for the team. I know things happen and I'm really understanding, it just affected my business in a way that may make me reconsider if I should use their packing services and just package my pieces myself. I will still come back to scan and print and ship.

Simple Spaces - This job involved unpacking the remainder of the client's belongings after a recent move, and decluttering the bonus room.

Melissa Capps was kind, nonjudgmental, and incredibly efficient. She gently guided me through the…read moresorting process, helping me decide what to keep, donate, and discard. She was a pleasure to work with, and what felt like a daunting task became surprisingly painless. She had great ideas for storage solutions and came prepared with the right containers to make everything look cohesive. In just one day, we completely transformed the space. Now my desk is clear, my files are organized in a system that makes sense, and my office feels expansive and calm. I no longer panic when I need to find an important document. Hiring Melissa was one of the best gifts I've ever given myself, and I can't recommend her enough. There have been several projects we've done together: My garage, my primary bedroom/office, one of my Airbnb rooms, my Non-profit storage spaces, and building my gorgeous dream bathroom from the ground up. As with any giant project, you face some hesitations. I was initially concerned about hiring a home organizer due to being embarrassed by the mess, or being unsure if I could trust her not to throw away things that were precious to me or if it would work in general. But I was able to develop the trust that she knew what was important to me, and I no longer feared that she would throw it away. If I wasn't there to watch her, I trusted her. She knew me, and she knew that pictures were supremely important to me. Things that my parents had given me, my grandparents, anything from my family, and that it might be trash to someone else, but it was a treasure to me. I could trust Melissa with that. After several organizing projects, I entrusted Melissa with helping me design the bathroom of my dreams. Building a room from the ground up required her factoring in my capabilities with my disabilities. She knows my need for accessibility, and what my desires were concerning the colors and style of the space. The benefit in building a room from the beginning is that you can make the drawers and the cabinets exactly the way you want. She knew my needs and the vision, and she helped to make it happen. That is a rare thing to find. When you find it (that person who understands you) you definitely want to hold on to it. Melissa is that person you want to hold onto whom will help you with decluttering and organizing your whole house. Even as I continue to age, I want to hold on to her so that my children will not encounter a giant mess when I pass away. Everything will be labeled and they'll know this is their box from when they were in kindergarten through elementary school. They'll know these are all the family photos and that I've gone through it and organized for them. It won't be as big of a chore as what I encountered with my mom. In conclusion, when you have your home organized with a professional organizer, it's easier to maintain. Each thing has a home and it's easier to put that thing back where it lives; when things don't have a specific home, that's when they begin to pile up. I highly recommend hiring Melissa and the Simple Spaces team as your professional organizers so that you can live a smooth, peaceful life. That's what my bathroom is like. It's peaceful. Starting my day and ending my day in that kind of a peaceful, lovely room is just awesome. And I'm grateful to Melissa for helping me make the decisions as we created that space. I highly recommend her. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to me. I'm happy to tell you about her skills and my experience. Annie Anthony

My garage was a disaster and my house had toy pieces everywhere. Melissa helped me make a plan and worked with me to get some key spots organize so that they are now truly functional spaces for our family. My garage is so tidy that I am still surprised everytime I go in there. The play room is organized and the toys (and their pieces) all have a place. The kids have more fun with in there and it is easier for everyone to help with the clean up. I will definitely use this company again in the future for other projects and I would recommend them to anyone who needs some help making their spaces work for them.
