I had a spare tire, but unfortunately not the tool required to take off my locked lugnuts. I let my AAA expire so I called West Dallas towing to come help me out. Ibraham was friendly and courteous and showed up very quickly to tow me to the tire shop. What I really appreciated was his communication and his sense of urgency to get to me right away. I hope I don't need a tow again anytime soon, but I would call definitely call West Dallas Towing if I needed it!

The owner was one of the first companies to respond and provide me with a quote. The quote was fair. It was not my least expensive quote, but it was not my most expensive quote either. What impressed me was his follow-up and ease to work with. He was flexible while a arranged the appointment with the repair shop and once that was done Mater's came and picked up the truck and got it to the repair facility. I think what I was most impressed about was that they showed up when the said they would. He gave me a 1 hour window of when the driver would arrive and they were there at the beginning of the one hour window. I would definitely trust them and recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company that says and does what they say the will do!

Called around and everyone said it would be up to 3 hours until they can get to me on top of that the prices they quoted me were half my paycheck! I called Gro Towing and he told me it would take about 40 minutes till he can get to me and the price was so affordable! It was so cold at that time, dark, and I am a female. When he got there he told me to get inside his truck where it's warm until someone could come and pick me up. I didn't have cash with me so he told me I could Zelle him.
