This was my first time going to them and I will go back in a heart beat if I needed to again. I believe his name is Steven (he works in the front and helped me tonight) he was the sweetest person I have met in awhile. He truly did an amazing job and advocating for me. He communicated with me when there was an issue before they just went and fixed it. Because of him I left feeling safe driving and no more messed up tire. They fixed my tire that I didn't even know had a screw it in, they fixed my hubs because good year put them on and covered all the values so I couldn't put air in my tires, a tire rotation all for free and were quick with it. I do not generally go to this location because of a negative experience YEARS ago, but I went today because they were the closest location and one of my tires was seriously low. It turned out that two of my tires were dangerously worn and needed to be replaced. They had to be ordered and told me they could not get them until tomorrow and I must have seriously grimaced. I went back to get my windshield wipers like Jordan suggested. The total price was cheaper than I expected. Jordan put those on for me. It was as easy as un hooking the windshield wiper and clicking it on there! The back windshield wiper was a little more difficult. Jordan had to get help. Another guy walk up and unlatched it, clicked it and locked it. And just like that, I drove away with new windshield wipers just in time for rain, sleet and snow. read more

They still greeted me promptly and got my car in the works. The team members I spoke to during my 40 minute visit were all knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. So i showed up here for my tire installation appointment to have 2 rear tires i ordered from their website for $80 each, when i arrived i was informed that they didn't get them in and they upgraded me to tires that cost $165 each for the same price! Awesome! I came in for a blown out tire and they were so kind and helpful. They offered me a really good deal on new tires since all of mine were old. I've always wanted new rims so I asked them about them and they showed me lots of options. They let me see them on a virtual model and then showed one to me on my car and I loved it. I went ahead and bought them and the warranty that comes with the tires is nice! They even let me keep my old rims at the store for a day until I could get a vehicle by to pick them up. Within the last 6 mo. I've been to this discount tire 3 separate times. The first, I had a nail. Purchased 2 new tires. Less than a week later, a tire I hadn't replaced went flat. They very obviously did not inspect the other 2 tires. I again went back in and ended up replacing those 2 as well. Recently my tire pressure light has been coming on once or twice a week. I took my car in last week because of this issue. They "inspected" all 4 tires and insisted there was absolutely nothing wrong with them. Walking out to my car this morning my front left tire was around 15psi. It's very apparent they did not thoroughly inspect my tires. Came in to have my tire replaced (hole in the sidewall) arrived at 11:30 but I needed to be at work at 2. So I begin with asking if that's even enough time to get it done since I could see they were busy. After getting checked in I was told they wouldn't event be able to look at it until 1:45 and for them to put my spare on for me, it'd be the same amount of time. So I go outside and start trying to put the spare on myself. Pretty frustrated at this point. I ask an employee, named Perry for help because I am struggling. Purchased my tires here several months ago and was a decent experience. NothIng bad, nothIng great, just some new tires! I called them today at 12.37 and asked if I could bring my car in after 330 for a rotate and balance. I was told "not a problem, we will get you taken care of, we're here until 6." I get here at 3:50 with a line out the front door with only 2 techs checking in customers. Wait my turn and am told that there will be over a 2 hour wait! Had I been told that there would potentially be a long wait later in the afternoon I would have made arrangements to bring the car over and leave it. So here I sit and will have to wait for 2+ hours. Definitely will ask more questions next time and more than likely use a different location. This is bad customer service. read more
