I had purchased a car private party back in March 2020 when the DMV offices closed due to COVID and they took care of everything quickly for a small fee. Within 1 week, my car's paperwork was all sorted out, DMV fees paid, and I got my new registration stickers, all I had to do was drop off all my papers and they took care off the rest, and the best part is they didn't even charge me until everything was done.
