    So my last review was removed because Yelp or the business said my review was not firsthand experience with the business. I am posting screenshots of the email from alstspecials on behalf of Ontario Hyundai the business as well as my last invoice from this business to prove I am a customer. Now this review is about my experience with the sales manager and the general manager only whom I dealt with firsthand. The service department is top notch. Maybe the service department could teach the sales manager and the general manager about customer service. I was getting a lot of solicitation emails from Ontario Hyundai and wanted to have them remove me. I thought this would be a simple thing to do by contacting the sales manager which many calls never answered. I then proceed to write an email to the business which said please remove me from their solicitation list. I guess I wrote it through a sales lead because they contacted me to buy. Had they read the comments they would have seen the email was not a sales lead and in fact a complaint. The sales manager blamed it on me for creating a sales lead which had he read the email would have known it was not and was a complaint. Also I was receiving emails prior to the so called sales lead as shown in my screen shot. The sales manager continued to blame it on me. I then contacted the general manger because I didn't get anywhere with the sales manager. That went basically the same way. He told me the emails come from a 3rd party that he has nothing to do with. They emails do come from a 3rd party which does marketing for dealerships. The 3rd party website Ontario Hyundai uses is Alstspecials. So Ontario Hyundai marketing department uses that 3rd party to market for them. I only receive emails like this from the 2 dealerships I have done business with in the past which also proves these emails originate from those businesses. So what the gm said that he has nothing to do with the 3rd party is false. He either did not tell the truth or doesn't know all aspects of the dealership as a general manger should. This should have been a simple task in the name of customer service but they refused to help me with this simple task. Think about that when you decide to use Ontario Hyundai to buy a car or get anywhere with the general manager.

    Wow. What can I even say???? The process to getting my car was absolutely magical. Smooth sailing. Everyone was so wonderful but Mr. Alkhouri is on a whole different level. The professionalism, the patience, the knowledge... he's such a strong representation of Hyundai. He really helped make this purchase manageable and exciting. I asked a lot of questions, which he answered throughly; explaining every step along the way. His determination and hard work did not wavier one bit. He reminded me that he was there to help and assist in any way possible which really eased my anxiety. Thank you times a million!!!!! Drove home feeling so confident and happy with my decision.

    We have been in the market for a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe, and we were very particular about our ideal vehicle configuration as well as getting a great deal and purchase experience. Izhar and Julian ftom Ontario Hyundai delivered on both fronts when we visited them yesterday, March 20. Izhar patiently went over all the available vehicle selections at the store and both he and Julian listened to our needs in terms of the deal we wanted and worked with us throughout the evening to earn our business. We were happy with the deal, the purchase experience, and most of all, the awesome new vehicle we drove home last night after Izhar helped us set up the car the way we liked it. And as a bonus, Izhar even hooked me up with a nice gift for my upcoming birthday. Ontario Hyundai operates professionally and with focus on customer satisfaction; thank you again Izhar and Julian!

    I only take my car here because its under warranty. I always take it for the oil change. Several times I have changed cabin filter, and air filter prior to service only to be told they need replacement. I was there 11/14/25 and was provided this long list of service needed. Not only was tune up and breaks done over the summer, my coolant and windshield wiper fluids were not refilled. I got a second opinion to be safe of the recommended work. I ended up replacing the drive belt at less than 1/2 the suggested cost of $416. I would highly suggest a second opinion as it appears they are only recommending service based on milage, and not an actual physical inspection of the parts. Not sure if all females get this treatment or all customers, but be an aware consumer.

    We recently went car shopping and visited several dealerships--Toyota, Honda, and Kia. We met all kinds of salespeople, from pushy to uninformed, and to be honest, Kia was the worst--they didn't even seem interested in helping us. But at Hyundai, we met Hanny, an amazing sales professional who was knowledgeable, friendly, and confident! From the start, we could tell he was a seasoned pro. When we told him we needed time, he didn't pressure us. Instead, he said, "Absolutely. Do your homework, and when you're ready, just give me a call--I'll be here." That confidence made quite the impression on us! After doing our research, we went back, and Hanny helped us make the best decision. We drove home with zero regrets, knowing we got the best deal. I've bought several cars before and usually feel at least a little buyer's remorse--but this time, I felt 100% confident. The entire Hyundai team was just as great. Julian and Amir in management were helpful, not pushy. Jane in finance made the process smooth, fast, and even got us extra incentives. It truly felt like they were working for us, not just the dealership. If you're in the market for a car, Hyundai is the place to go. Trust me, there's a team waiting to work in your best interest! But most importantly, don't forget to ask for Hanny--he's the one to see! Hanny will take good care of you!

    This Pick Your Part location was a solid experience overall. I came here to turn in my car through…read morethe California BAR program, and this is one of the approved locations that accepts vehicles through the state program. I'm really glad I went the state route. The generic Pick Your Part quote I got online was around $190, which was much lower than I expected. Through the BAR program, I ended up receiving a little over $1,000, which made a huge difference and was well worth meeting the program requirements. Finding the location was the only slightly confusing part. When I first arrived, I followed a sign that said "We Buy Cars" and made a sharp right, but that turned out to be the wrong entrance. If you're using Apple Maps, keep going straight instead. The correct office where the paperwork is handled will be on your left. Once inside, the front desk staff member was very friendly, helpful, and patient throughout the process. The paperwork took the longest, but everything was clearly explained. After the initial paperwork, I was directed back to the "We Buy Cars" area, drove straight down, made a small left, and found a mobile office where they finalized everything, took the car, and gave me the remaining documents. A couple of things to note: * Customer restrooms are portable toilets only, with a pump-style hand washer * Plan accordingly if that's important to you I arrived right when they opened at 9:00 AM and was completely finished by 9:53 AM, which I thought was very reasonable given the process. They handled everything on the DMV side and issued the check without any issues. Overall, a smooth experience, and I'd recommend this location if you're doing a BAR program vehicle turn-in.

They make you wait in a long DMV line of despair to check out with a bunch of pissed off customers, because they only have 1 or 2 registers open. When you finally get to the register the "Parts Expert" change the online listed prices on you. My cars fusebox listed at $30 turned into a $80 Mulifunctional CPU Flux capacitor. When trying to explain that this is a fusebox the customer service rep let me know he's worked at a car detailing place and Del Taco and he knows that's a CPU. Save yourself trouble and go to IpickUPull in Pomona. They have amazing customer service, better prices, short lines, and know what a fusebox is. They also all don't go on break at the same time leaving 1 register open with at least 50 people in line. Last thing What is up with the TSA guy dumping out your tool bag and going through each zipped compartment when you leave for 5 mins. I thought I was going to have to take my belt and shoes off and put them in the tray. Here is an artist rendition of my experience and do not get the sushi from the food truck.
