Great time with my 4 kids, the go carts were awesome and the batting cages were fun too. I realized I cant hit a 60 mile an hour fast ball but they also have 50mph to 70 mph to choose from and slow pitch softball speeds which it lot if fun. Never made it to the putt-putt or diving rage but the remote simulator / roller coaster was my older girls favorite, sad to leave bit I was spent $$$. read more

For being the only real "fun park" in Murfreesboro, GO USA is pretty decent. Mini golf is only $5 per person and was a good cheap date night. Arcade and go karts can be kinda pricey, especially if you have one of the playing cards for most of the machines. Good variety of arcade games and skee-ball! They host parties and staff was friendly. I agree that the place is dated and I feel it could be expanded to bring in more people. I usually take my kids to Chuckie Cheeses for about 12.00 on a card and we walk away with a tootsie roll and a spider ring once we cash out our 45 tickets. I am not sure I'll be back after hanging out here at Go USA. Some of the video games are a touch move expensive, but the ticket games are more rewarding. Plus, we are able to get more prizes once we cash them in. My kids had a blast and requested it non stop for the past 5 days. The ticket games are very cheap to play and most are very rewarding. I cant wait til they get older and we go to ride the carts or some other other stuff there. Pretty cool place and relatively a lot to do. We'll be back for sure. read more

My boyfriend and I went to this place on Saturday night for some mini golf. He lives in Smyrna, so this is one of the only places close enough to his house. They have a pretty good sized arcade inside. Mini golf course, driving range, batting cages, and go karts outside. Definitely seems like it could use some upgrades, but it wasn't bad at all! Very affordable to just get out of the house. They need food bar and add more variety of arcade games or pinball "old school" Ames for the parents would be nice. Batting cages usually has one not working right. I think you get what you pay for, I would pay little extra for better stuff there. read more

First off the staff is AMAZING! So nice and so sweet to the kids. Very considerate. The go carts are really fast and the track is full of twists and turns. Don't bump or wreck or they'll take your car away :/ Putt putt was fun. They have lots of arcade games, every genre. It's a cool place for just about any age group. read more

Go karts are fun, mini golf is ok, games are good but the customer service is terrible. It's mostly teenagers for one and they're so apathetic and listless it's ridiculous. No smile, no thanks for coming, no welcome, no have a nice day. Just sit up there in the little box and chit chat and perform menial tasks like getting prizes or putting money on a card or getting tickets for kart as SLOW and TIREDLY as they can. HURRY UP. Went here with my friends and all our boyfriends! This place was super fun! The Go-Karts went really fast and had doubles and singles. Puttputt course was perfect level of difficulty, and spend almost an 2 hours putting without feeling rushed. Will definitely be back! read more

My experience at GO USA Funpark was amazing! The go karts were a lot of fun and each run lasted a while; it wan't really short like other ones I've done. Mini golf was great there were 18 holes and it was really cute with a lot of lights. The prices were very reasonable, and I think it's a great place to go with friends, take your kids, or go on a date. read more

I recently went there with a group of friends and had so much fun! We were there for hours and never ran out of things to do! I loved the mini golf especially since we played at night so everything was lit up and looked really cool. The go karts were also a lot of fun because they were really fast and the course was windy and not just a boring circle like other places I've been to. On Sat 7/14/18 I had my sons birthday party. Two of the employees their was the most disrespectful people that I have ever met. I book my sons party back in April and told the person that I was needing the room from 3-6 pm for 7/14/18, they told me okay and the amount so I went ahead and paid that day. When we arrived about 15 mins before time and the party before mine was in the room finishing up with there party. I checked in so that they knew that we was their. When we got in the room we was having the party. I went to the desk to pay for 18 kids to play games and ride go-carts. I asked them if they had any specials on the go-carts due to some of the kids that was their was disable and that was the only thing that they could do. They informed me that I could get 1.00 off of go-carts if I got 10 of them. Even tho they only had that deal we went ahead and got 18 go-carts. Around 5p.m two employees came in the party room and started to through things on our table away and remind you did not ask to speak to the person that was over the party. My disable child was in the middle of opening his gifts when I seen what they was doing that told me that they was cleaning up for another party at 5:30p.m. I informed them that I had the room till 6p.m. They then started to start being rude and interrupting me and told me that I need to get my receipt tld them that I would when I got done helping my son. they did not want to hear that and continue to have smart comments. This was all going on in front of all our family and friends. One of the males said that he was the assistant manager when I asked to talk to a manager. My son could not even finish opening his gifts because these two employees would not stop being so disrespectful. So we got our things and left the room. After we got done riding the go-carts I asked another employee how do I get ahold of the store manager or person over this place, he told me that he would go get the store manager. After waiting a few mins a tall white man came up to me and told me that he was the store manager and he wanted to know what happened. I told him and he said that he would take care of it and he would give me a 10.00 card for their. The 10.00 card was not even worth my time when I had spend over 200.00 and that's not counting what the other people in my party had spent in their that day. This man did not have on a work shirt. I called up their Tuesday and ask to speak to the store manager and the name I was told they could not give out the information. Then another girl got on the phone and said she was the assistant manager and she could help me I told her that I did not trust her because I have been lied to by to many workers there and I need to speak to the store manager. she told me that the manager was out on vac. and would not be back till next week. So I told her what happened and how we was treated and they she started to be hatful. two people that was in my party was going to book a party for there kid but after they seen how the employees was they changed there mind. Everything could have been different if the employees would have not been disrespectful. We will never be back and the employees their need to be trained in costumer service. Hopefully the store manager will take care of this issue. read more
