I was stuck outside for over an hour with no one to contact because they scheduled my surgery at the wrong time. While waiting the another patient told me she never even met the surgeon. Despite all that, I ignored the red flags thinking it was a poor management issue and I did not allow it to reflect on the doctor. I regret not canceling my surgery. Dr. Solomon is an absolute butcher. Awake lipo is incredibly traumatic and painful, they are lying about the level of pain. The procedure is done out of their office not a hospital. I made thousands more for post op massages and treatments and care to ensure I had good lasting results. Yet, I ended up with horrific abnormalities all over my body, including massive dents, a hernia, and uneven skin from surgical incompetence. For starters I drove the day before out here from Sacramento C.A. & stayed off of Roscoe it was only 9 mins away from the facility I was able to pick up my three prescriptions from the cvs associated to the facility and it was a smooth process. I came in around 630am the following day was helped immediately, went back did a urine test, changed into the outfit the provided and took my before photos! I barely remember getting to my hotel and didn't drink nor eat because I was knocked out the whole day and woke up the next morning disoreinted! "Fully awake + minimal downtime Real results SAME DAY One session = Instant snatch Minimally invasive, pain-free & done under local anesthesia" - This is all a blatant LIE!! I was excited to get this procedure done all in one day, believing it would really be that simple and "pain-free." I've had many major surgeries in the past, so going into such a minor one and feeling such pain, discomfort and aggression in the surgeon's practice, felt like we were being tortured! Sadly on the day of the surgery, my surgeon (Dr. Salomon) also decided not to do the package they sold to me but instead only did lipo under the chin and no contouring the jawline, which is what we paid for on the contract! As they "show"on instagram, it was no instant "SNATCH" nor it was painless! Per their contract, if the surgeon decides not to do a procedure on the day of surgery they should refund you the difference within 45 days but ever since then, they have ignored our request and we cannot get a hold of managements, further breaching the contract in their unprofessional and unethical business. Complete nightmare! I honestly don't even know where to start. I left my $500 deposit for my procedure and was informed to get my labs and health clearance done. I went the very next day to complete my labs. I had just had a change of insurance so I could not get into a primary doctor until after the date of my surgery. I was informed that Goals would do a medical exam clearance for an additional $500. I was informed it was virtual. I asked how I could be properly cleared for surgery virtually if they cannot check my blood pressure, heart rate, breathing etc. nobody had an answer for that. I continually followed up on my labs because they won't schedule your medical clearance until they receive your labs. Over 2 weeks later I finally get told that they never received them and to call Labcorp. Labcorp tells me they emailed them and faxed them the results 4 days after I went into Labcorp. I am then Informed that Goals lost my labs. I call Labcorp and have them sent again. Again I wait forever for a response of receipt. I get a call from labs blaming me for getting the incorrect labs drawn. I asked how could I have done the incorrect labs when Goals is the one who provided the order? He tells me while I am at work to leave and go get my labs now or they are cancelling my surgery. I ended up going back to Labcorp and they go over the order of labs one by one and show me that each test required was sent to them. Labcorp suggested I call the labs department, of course I can't reach anyone so I go back the next morning again. Still can't reach anyone in labs. I then find out that the lab order they sent me was actually in illegal form. It is a medical requirement that a lab order have the patients full name and DOB typed on there. Mine was blank. I had to inform Goals of that requirement. They send me a new lab order with the "missing" tests and Labcorp tells me these are the same tests already ordered. At this time my surgery is a little less than 2 weeks away. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I get another call from Goals threatening to cancel my surgery, so I explain the issues again. Nobody is on the same page, nobody has the same information.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I then get a call from the billing dept saying I need to pay in full, mind you I have had no labs cleared and no medical clearance. The lady from billing tells me I now owe a $1500 late fee as my total was due the day prior. I said how convenient that you call me for payment the day after but not the day of. I told her I would not be paying the late fee. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I ended up asking for a few hours to think about if I wanted to move forward after all the issues. I was give until noon to pay.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In that time I did some additional research and was so shocked by what I found. Botched operations, ill patients being operated on, covid positive patients being told they have to have surgery or no refund, improperly cert cosmetic doctors, surgeons on probation, 52 malpractice lawsuits, severely burned patients, sexual assault cases while under the knife, disfigurement, tools being left inside patients...... a literal horror story. I also have three friends who were also signed up and had the same issues only they ended up paying the full cost up front. They say they will only retain the deposit if you cancel but beware, they keep everything. So now we have attorneys involved, so we will see what happens. Do not chance your health or safety going here. There are $1500 fees for everything. I asked for a partial refund on my deposit due to the issues I experienced and they essentially ignored me for a week and my patient coordinator reached out to tell me they won't do it. Here to leave my honest review. Despite what people say I decided to choose the Los Angeles location and it was the best decision I've ever made! I went to Dr Hsu and his bedside manner is amazing I felt safe and he talked me through the entire process 10/10!!!! The pain isn't bad at all when they numb you it's a 3 out of 10 on the pain scale and is very brief mind they give you medication to relax you beforehand so you will be fully relaxed Dr Hsu and his assistant made me feel so comfortable I am so grateful I chose such an amazing doctor ! i don't even know where to start with this review, but let me just say they don't even deserve a single star and ITS NOT WORTH THE CHEAP PRICE!!! Most people go to GPS because they sell their services at a discount compared to most places, but if ur paying for quality and results, this is the last place you should go. If you're one of the victims that is getting/ got attracted by their instagram posts (which are all fake and manipulated), and fake positive reviews (that they force their patients to write), then this review is for you. I have undergone many cosmetic procedures, especially more severe ones, such as a rhinoplasty, and the pain brought by this "Flex Sculpt" procedure can top it all off. To begin with, their extremely unprofessional business practice, where they immediately take your payment, "ensuring" a pre-op consultation with the doctor, "PAIN FREE, 'snatching' chin & neck lipo with INSTANT results," which was all falsely advertised. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They did not arrange for me to meet with my doctor until the day of the procedure where my doctor then proceeded to tell me everything in contrary to what the schedulers had sold to me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He said that results aren't guaranteed and that he only does chin lipo and does not go along the jawline and neck, due to nerves. With every procedure comes precautions and risks which are understood, but then why are they charging me for x, y, and z, when they're only doing lipo under the chin? Then once it came to the actual moment of the procedure, the doctor did the pre-procedure injections, whatever numbing solution it was, but with such aggression that it felt like i was being tortured. He made multiple pokes of this solution behind each ear which was the most excruciating pain, but then decided last minute after doing the lipo under my chin, that he didn't want to go in and lipo behind the ear because "there wasn't a lot of fat." If this was the case then; 1) the dr just realized? As if my face wasn't examined before the procedure. Then why put me through all the pain not just with 1 injection but MULTIPLE on each side, as if he enjoyed stabbing me. and 2) then why am I being charged in full if 1/3 of the "promised" procedure is being done? I can also ensure my results were not instant, if not worse/ more noticeably big than before I got this done. It's been more than a month and it still hurts to touch the area under my chin and neck, with random sharp pains throughout the day, which i assume is the result of how aggressively this doctor used the lipo machine and syringe. Pay the extra money and go with Dr hsu. Dr Solomon is crass and thinks being rude is ok. I got surgery April 15 2024 in los Angeles with dr Solomon. He was a monster!!!!! During the mark up he kept talking shit to me trying to get me to get surgeries I didn't want. He tried to get me to add a tummy tuck and chin implant. WTf!!! Bro im paying for what i want nothing more!!! Anyways they gave me a little cup of about 6 pills including xnx. Then had me lay down in a dim room for 10 minutes. TEN MINUTES YALL!!! Then they came in like ok let's start. The xnx didn't kick in!!! He jammed the canula under my chin so aggressively i felt my ear fill with the tumescent fluid!!! Its now May 3rd i still hear and feel jiggling in my ear. Now he had me lay on my stomach and was injecting tumescent fluid around my ribs and back and i will say i have felt no worst PAIN!!! I screamed and flinched and he screamed at me to stay still. ok i get it. I need to stay still. He spoke to me with such hatred and vitriol I became terrified!!! Imagine a butcher over u threatening to quit halfway through and leaving you halfway done. If you know anything goals DOES NOT DO REFUNDS!!! He kept YELLING at me, "IF YOU DONT SHUT UP IM GONNA STOP RIGHT NOW!! YOU NEED TO BE ASLEEP!! NO ONE ELSE FEELS A THING"After paying over $11k i knew i would be robbed if i rescheduled for general anesthesia and He knows that too.He actually left two times DURING the procedure!!! They covered my eyes so i didn't get to see if he even changed his gloves coming back in. In tears i asked the surgery tech he left me with, why he was speaking to me like that she said thats how he is and to try my best to lay still and be quiet. I just sobbed silently. He came back and started again and i just clenched my teeth and continued to cry quietly and STILL he continued to berate me!!! He hates his job. He hates his patients. His shoes are filthy and covered in blood and grease from fat of thousands of women. I just prayed and prayed when he was done he threw everything down and started to walk out. I asked how many liters of fat he got out he said 4. The state limit is 5. He left plenty of uneven fat on my abdomen and my left non dominant arm is bigger than my right arm. The fat pad i pointed out under my chin is still there he was busy shoving the cannula under my ears instead. So chin arms and lipo 360. But they dont tell u ur on a timer. When the clock strikes they stop whether they do what they promised or not. The prices are low but the trade off is they hire doctors that no one else will. Doctors that couldn't get patients on their own because they are rotten human beings. If u do go to the los Angeles location, pay the extra money and go with dr Hsu. Dr Shannon is a monster!!! Soooo goals I was hella nervous to be awake buuut that "cocktail" of pills they give you I wasn't even awake my surgeon was Dr Hsu he was very honest about what we could achieve in one flex sculpt session surgical assistant was Tracy I love love love her she was hella coo and made me feel extremely comfortable I really appreciate her got my massages by Carla and Rosie they were very nice Carla goes haaard with good reason of course and Rosie has a soft touch I needed both so I appreciate them both overall I had a great experience would recommend i had surgery 9/23 and the results are definitely resulting thank you goals LA my ONLY complaint is I'm not familiar with the area and they made me pick my own pharmacy because my flight was coming in late and their preferred pharmacy closed at 5 they should have suggested a later closing pharmacy near by and some of the ladies calling could work on their attitudes but I'm still giving 5 stars honestly because of Tracy the office and OR are both very clean and thanks for giving my mommy a blanket to sleep on the couch during my procedure read more

DR MARK SOLOMON IS THE WORST DOCTOR IVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE!!!!!! I had my surgery March 8th 2025. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He was extremely rude to me during my surgery day mark up making me feel even more self conscious about my body.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He numbed me which hurt like hell then when he was doing the lipo, I felt it (which you're not supposed to feel anything) and I was saying ouch and moving my hands because I was in so much pain and he literally yelled at me saying " IF YOU KEEP MOVING IM GOING TO STOP AND WALK OUT!" [[HIGHLIGHT]]I kept telling him that it hurts and he did not care at all! He kept yelling " SHUT UP AND STOP TALKING" to me and I felt as if I had no choice but to sit there and take the pain.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I am literally traumatized behind that procedure. The staff and coordinators are very unprofessional. They are very pushy and bully you to get your money. They keep giving you different prices and adding to your procedure. I basically caught them on several contradictions. The bad part is I put down my $500 deposit which is not refundable. Prior to this I didn't realize all the complaints they had. First of the lady Kay who booked my surgery gave out false information and lies from day one and the staff Vera and Tawana who both took my money supported this behavior after I showed proof and bought it to there attention. Not only is what they did un ethical but it's a crime in California to lie to a person about services to obtain their money. So basically from day one I shared with Kay my prior procedure to my buttocks that I felt would impact the surgery I wanted to get from GOALS with Dr.Hsu she Kay assured me it wouldn't be a problem and yes I was the perfect candidate for a BBL and Lippo 360. Well fast forward to surgery day mind you this was my first time meeting my Dr or anyone in person. He started marking me and I just happen to mention something about the previous procedure and he immediately says he can't do the BBL and I'm confused like huh he's like no he can't do it. So he end up only doing lippo 370 and advised me to contact billing for the refund for the BBL mind you they made me redo my video and paperwork over since I was not getting the BBL so clearly these are 2 different procedures. I contacted Vera immediately and she said she couldn't talk to me because I was still on medication. So I contacted her the next day and to my surprise they offer me a whopping $100.00 dollar refund. I thought they were joking like seriously I have researched BBLs from here to Mexico and at all there locations and not one quoted me 100.00 dollars. These people are straight up scammers they knew before I paid my money I was not eligible for the procedure but being the greedy business they are they stole it knowing full well they couldn't produce unlike them I'm not unreasonable and simply asked for 1500 back which is more then fair I'm owed half really. But this robbery will be reported to state board the are not accredited with the BBB and lace numerous complaints. But I will go to the county general state board and a lawyer if I need to I'm asking to speak to someone other then Megan and her team of crooks who promise massages I have the text to prove that and that I was eligible for a service I was not.
