Absolutely ZERO loyalty!!…read more I have been with AAA for Auto Insurance for over almost 40 years. I've had them for Home Insurance for 20+ years. I've paid every premium on time. I made one claim in 2007. And they dropped me like a rock for home insurance on August 1st because of my ZIP Code. There is absolutely no loyalty. You are only a means to a financial gain to them. They don't care one iota how loyal you've been to them. And then they had the audacity to contact me if I wanted Earthquake Insurance a week after dropping my Home Insurance. You might pay your premiums, you might RARELY make a claim (if ever), you might have a loyalty card that says 88 year member if you signed up under your parents, and they signed up under their parents - but it won't matter for a second if you don't fit into their financial equation of how to profit. You are 100% there to benefit them, not the other way around. So don't pay their steep prices, and don't fool yourself into thinking you have a "relationship" with them, because all you have is money they want.

Also, he had our policy number. I have contacted Geico four years in a row because the insurance cards came in someone else's name. This man has our names, our address and our email and phone numbers. From THEIR web site. Guess what? They don't care. Took them TWO WEEKS to finally fix it. They blamed it on my husbands DL # from when he was 16 and lived in another state. This other guy never lived in THAT state. Don't trust Geico with your Insurance needs . They are HORRIBLE!
