As you can imagine, we went into full panic mode and called Marc on a Friday evening. He immediately returned our call and said that our address was eligible for coverage and within a few days, Marc visited our home to gather information and formulate a quote. He was kind, knowledgeable and understanding of our situation and we never felt like he was giving a "hard sell." We were candid and told him we would be seeking quotes from various agents. It's more the rule than the exception these days. Happy to say that my interaction with the Poway State Farm, first Mike Dolan, now Bob Francy has been excellent. Great responsiveness by phone, e-mail, whatever. As much as I like to do things for myself (like adding a car, or reporting mileage on a vehicle using the State Farm website), the personal touch and assurance of things getting done (right) by making a simple phone call to their office is actually easier.
