Ordered from them a few times now, and this is a really neat concept! Got a flier from someone on a college campus that I was working an event at, and had to check it out! Pros: frequently offer discount codes, convenience, delivery time, low delivery fee, hours of operation (until 4:20am, lol). Cons: cost of products (MUCH higher than just buying them yourself), inventory (often many things are sold out), unpredictable [actual] delivery times, often outside of the promised 30 minute window. If the product prices were a little, okay, a LOT lower, and delivery times were a little more on point, this would definitely be a 5-star getup! The delivery times are literally getting worse and worse, though, took an hour to get my order today! My "frozen" pizza was barely cold, let alone frozen. They called to say that one of the things I ordered was out of stock. When I called back, no one answered. An hour later, I called to ask where my order was, and they said they were "waiting to hear from me". I canceled the order and am now waiting on a refund. Absolute trash. Always way longer than a half hour. I've constantly gotten orders with missing items, typically when I order double of an item. Call them and the line rings nonstop with no answer. Was last week in Denver for my buds bachelor party, and tried goPuff Denver. Ordered my favorite ice-cream, a lot of chips, party cups and some other stuff. I have ordered from here several times and ually have no problem except for when they are running late on a weekday like Monday. Lately when I order I find that for certain bottles of wine or champagne they will switch it for a cheaper bottle and I'm talking $5-10 difference. If I want a cheap ass bottle of champagne I can go get Cooks but if I'm ordering Chandon you better give me my Chandon. Normally I wouldn't be too bothered since mistakes do happen but this is the THIRD time in a row. I order Chandon, they give me J.P Chanet which is about $7 price difference and BIG difference when it comes to taste. This third time I ordered two bottles for me and my friend thinking they couldn't possibly mess this up if it's two bottles. Nope, they did. Once again its J.P. Chenet and at this point I'm fuming. I go through the app to report incorrect items, which I also did the 2nd time they messed where they proceeded to give me a pricey $6 discount. So this third time I report, get automated email back.... and then nothing. For a week. At this point I'm starting to think there's something sketchy going on. Finally called tonight, demanded a refund for both bottles, explained how it was the third time and let them know I think someone in the Denver store is doing it on purpose to rip people off. They gave me my refund and a $20 promo code which was very nice of them and appreciated. I have nothing against gopuff, when they work, they work great! I just think there's something going on at the Denver store that corporate probably doesn't know about. This started maybe two or three months ago so hopefully it is just an employee or manager and they will fire him. Either way I passed on the message. But I agree with other posts, they are also often fairly late and I've had them cancel my order after waiting 2 hours so.... that's fun. Really irritated. I swore I'd never use gopuff again back in March because of how horrible the delivery times were after 4 out 4 unsuccessful attempts. My friends were excited for the free pint of icecream for the birthday of gopuff so I ordered them tonight..... to no surprise at all.. I waited over 2 hours and then my driver cancelled my order with no explanation. Went to reorder through app and icecream was no longer free bc it was after 12 am. Called customer service and she refunded me the money w.o me hardly saying anything (as if she does it all the time) when I told her that doesn't fix my problem bc I feel this service is so unreliable and still wanted my items but wasnt ok waiting another 2 hours... she kindve lost it for a second.. repeatedly interrupting me and the word bitch slipped from her mouth ha surprisingly very unprofessional and irrationally rude to me bc I dont want to wait another 2 1/2 hours for a $10 order. Just baffled that this app is still up and running after a full year of being ran like stoned careless teenagers are running it. read more

I used the goPuff app for the first time tonight, I was very impressed with their selection of items, but they were already out of quite a few of the more popular stuff (it was only 9pm). The prices are good for a delivery service and it's a really cool concept but they need to stop promising a 30 minute window.
