I've been meaning to order for awhile but specifically waited until they had their mushroom lasagna back in stock. We have ordered the profiteroles, Funghi & Salsiccia w/Truffle Oil Lasagna, Lasagna Bolognese, Bolognese Sauce, Mezzelune ai Quatro Formaggi, Malloreddus alla Campidanese, and Eggplant Parmigiana. So far we have only tried the profiteroles, which were amazing balls of goodness drenched in dark chocolate and the Funghi & Salsiccia w/Truffle Oil Lasagna. The lasagna is what has us raving though. Truly the best lasagna we have ever had and reminded me of the Pasta Norcina I had in Boston's Little Italy. We loved it so much we ordered more for our winter freezer supply, plus for our parents, who also love eggplant parmigiana (gross). I'll post updates as we try the other items.

After prefare: Me spending 20 minutes making fresh food that everyone loves without all the waste (i.e. extra ingredients, grocery store time, putting thought into dinner, etc). A+ food, service, and support. 2 portions is plenty for 2 adults + 2 toddlers. The only thing I'd change is telling my family it's Prefare and not just me being an awesome chef.
