For appetizers we had the arancini balls and pear crostinis and both were very flavorful and delicious. We had a watermelon/arugula salad to start off dinner and it was so fresh and perfect. The dinner rolls are dangerous bc it would be too easy to eat multiple of them. My vegetarian entree was a generous size and very filling and full of flavor. JoLynn had a team of 3 come out to help us. They were super helpful and worked hard to ensure everything went off without a hitch. Also, because our event was at a ranch location and a little more difficult to stage, I appreciated that JoLynn and Madison met me on site to do a preview of the location.
