I came in next two days before he told me he had the parts and to come back in an hour. ***When he said it I knew something was wrong***. He was looking down at the parts like he new it wouldn't work. Came back and the back was even more smashed up than before, and the front had been replaced but with the wrong color and missing a seal. He told me the back would come in two more days. Antonio (owner) and Marco were extremely helpful and patient with me as I was worried that my phone would not work after the screen replacement due to the severe damage it had. My computer was having hardware issue after Office Depot fixed a virus issue supposedly and opened it up for some reason which created another issue. This guys were able to remove the virus Depot supposedly had removed and fixed my fan that started to have issues. I left it there and went back in a few hours and both issues were fixed. Antonio reviewed all the work with me and even offered me a discount due to all the troubles I had gone through with Depot. It's now been three weeks and my Computer is running like new and a lot faster. I would highly recommend this shop as this guys are honest and resolved all my pc problems. I came to this place to fix my husbands phone screen and first of all they took over 2 weeks to get a screen and didn't even call me once to let me know they were keeping my phone for longer I had to call them!! Pretty fucking sus right? The fact they even had me leave my phone knowing they didn't have the supplies to fix it was so unprofessional! The day we FINALLY went to pick up our phone we showed up and the whole store was closed and locked down during STORE HOURSE the only sign they had was with a phone number so I called and called and nobody picked up for an hour! Yes and hour we were waiting outside to get our phone! Are you fucking serious an hr and they didn't even let us know it was ready we had to just show up !!To top it all off my husbands screen is cracking again, we put a case on the phone and took all measures so the screen would not crack again and somehow it cracked and it's only getting worse. We haven't dropped the phone or anything we've been extremely careful. When I went to call them to tell them about the problem they were no help !! Mind you, we don't stay in the area so it's difficult for us to just pop up there any day of the week. We were expecting them to be helpful with this but they were no help ! They said they couldn't even talk to us we couldn't even tell him our problem with the screen! It was very strange we asked to speak to a manager and he said he didn't know his schedule which wtf?? Doesn't make any fucking sense. Our request was real simple for them not to be able to help us is just ridiculous really fucking ridiculous. Overall this store was no help to us and only made our problem worse! Thanks for nothing Icell you were a piece of shit service !! You scam people !!
