Now the key stopped turning all together. The tech came out to look at it and claims the post office replaced their lock so that affected my lock ?? Im supposed to have realized this and known I have to push on the door itself then the key will work. ? I was billed another 65 and was told it was because of user error ?? I was opening a lock not reformatting a computer. Then I called to complain the tech yelled at me hung up on me and told me to call the office. I did that the call went through through 3 times and disconnected immediately. My Daughter then called from her phone and miraculously they answered. When they heard it was me I was yelled at and hung up on again. Worst customer service error and apparently not real adept at changing locks

They replace it with a 2 year old keypad (according to the manufacturer of the keypad, when I gave them the serial number.) 2 years later, it broke again. CK's wanted around $1000 to replace it! This was absurd, especially since I contacted the manufacturer who extended my warranty and sent me one for free. It was a very simple process to switch it out. CK's is a rip off if you need anything further after you purchase a safe from them. I would never recommend them based on their customer service attitude and fees for simple jobs.

He literally spend half hour and he wanted to charge me $100 more than what he quoted . I declined to pay the extra $100 and he started taking the front door lock off. Really bad experience and uncomfortable. Communication is horrible, I don't recommend him.

Between manufacturer and store discounts the larger safe actually cost less than the small on would have. The larger safe came equipped with the accessories I was adding on to the smaller one, so the same price was really less. Their guys delivered my safe today. They were so respectful of my home. They put down ramps as to not damage my door sill or frame. Once in place they explained how to reset the combination and all other details about my safe. I couldn't be happier with the experience

PBC responded fastest. They were also available immediately, which was great. The job was completed with no issues. The locksmith was very professional and easy to work with. I called Joe at PBC Locksmith, and he said he could be there in a half hour! He showed up just on time, was super friendly and really knowledgeable! The deadbolt was completely broken so he took that out and replaced it, and was able to just rekey the bottom lock. From start to finish he was probably done in a half hour, and simple payment through credit card. I will definitely be keeping his number in case any other lock emergencies should arise! I was hoping he could come first thing the next morning, but he said he was booked and could come the following afternoon. I told him that wouldn't work (someone tried breaking into my house overnight a screwed up my lock). Then he said he could come over 'now'. Talk about impressed! He arrived at 6:40 pm and had the job done by 7:25 pm. He then cleaned up the sawdust from drilling and the old locking system. It took longer to program my iPhone than to install my Seifgard Smart Home Lock. Omer had his truck parked at my driveway and I could see that it looked like a 'hardware store on wheels' inside. He wouldn't have to 'come back tomorrow and finish the job' if he needed a tool or part. Omer was Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly in fixing my broken front door lock, and I will definitely call on him for any future locksmith requirements.
