He examined and explained that what was going on appeared to be an autoimmune reaction and he ordered labs so he could treat the root cause and rule out any autoimmune conditions. He also prescribed me a topical steroid which took the blisters away quickly. I continue to be under Dr. Williams care to keep a watch of my body's autoimmune response. During our conversations he asked if I had any other symptoms and I explained that I have been feeling sluggish, fatigued, lack of energy, weak in my legs, brain fog for the past five years. Dr. Williams ran another series of labs to check my adrenal glands and thyroid function. Lab results revealed hypo thyroid. Dr. Williams prescribed me a low-dose prescription and also plant-based adrenal supplements to help increase my T3, cortisol levels and to improve my overall adrenal function. After three days, I begin to feel so much better I wanted to cry happy tears. I feel that Dr. Williams really listened to me and cared enough to investigate when past medical doctors didn't. Another concern I have is that since my treatments, I've occasionally experienced unusual sensations in my underarms, including itching, burning, and twitching. I can't say for certain what caused it, but I didn't have these symptoms before my treatments, so it has been concerning. Given the cost, time, and number of appointments, I was very disappointed with my experience and expected much better results. I hope my review helps others make an informed decision and encourages the clinic to address these concerns with future patients.

After evaluating me, they told me they had a laser that could specifically target my matting veins and quoted $500 to treat select areas on both legs. Although this was a big jump from what I initially planned to spend, I agreed based on what sounded like a more specialized and promising approach. However, during the treatment, I immediately had concerns. The laser felt significantly less intense than the IPL and Cynosure treatments I'd previously had, and there was none of the snapping sensation I was used to, something that had typically indicated an effective treatment. What was most surprising and disappointing was the limited treatment area. They only marked off 3-4 small boxes on my legs, whereas prior treatments at a similar price point covered both legs more comprehensively. It felt like the focus was on minimizing effort rather than maximizing results. Unsurprisingly, I saw no improvement. I returned for a follow-up, and they offered to retreat the same areas, again with no results. On my second visit, the provider acknowledged the lack of response and encouraged me to come back a third time to try again. By the third visit, it was clear there was still no progress. After a very brief treatment, I was told (again) to wait a few weeks, and if there were still no results, I could purchase another package. This was after already spending $500 with zero improvement. What was most concerning is that during this process, I was told the laser they had been using is actually more effective for purple veins, not the small red matting veins I have. This was extremely frustrating, given that I had clearly explained my condition from the beginning. Afterward, I consulted with a vein specialist who explained that matting is often very difficult to treat with lasers unless the underlying cause is addressed, something that was never mentioned to me at this med spa. Overall, this experience felt like a costly and avoidable mistake. Had I been given accurate information upfront, I would not have agreed to proceed. Very disappointing.

She then applied a serum of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid. The final application was sunscreen. While the untrained eye, probably couldn't SEE a difference after the HydraFacial, I could certainly FEEL the difference. Clean, fresh, and super rejuvenated! As a follow up, I came in for the Scultural Face Lift with Buccal Massage. This included lymphatic drainage (behind your ears) and microcirculation of my shoulders, neck, and jaw area. My experience with him and Asia Pacific was a nightmare, and a significant portion of my result is so unacceptable that I require a costly and risky revision surgery. I feel botched and mutilated. I avoid mirrors and public settings because of the effect this has on my appearance. I am deeply ashamed that I trusted this person and allowed them to do this to my body. On the day of surgery, the anesthesiologist was unaware of important medical history that I had provided to Dr. Ching's staff weeks earlier. Asia Pacific had expressly assured me that my medical history and concerns were being taken seriously. Yet, as I sat prepped and awaiting surgery, it became abundantly clear that this information had not been shared with the anesthesiologist. I then waited in the intake room for more than two hours while the anesthesiologist requested the information I had provided and reviewed it to assess surgical risk. Despite the practice's error, I had no financially viable option to cancel on the spot. Withdrawing that morning would have meant forfeiting over $40,000. I was therefore placed in the untenable position of either proceeding with surgery despite serious concerns about the handling of my medical records or losing the entire amount I had paid because of an error that was not mine. No respectable medical practice would place a patient in that position. This failure, compounded by serious deficiencies in postoperative care and communication, destroyed my trust in both Dr. Ching and his staff. Their conduct changed markedly after the practice collected my full surgical fees -- they repeatedly revealed serious deficiencies in professionalism, communication, and basic administrative competence. I recently requested a partial refund to help defray the cost of revision surgery with a different surgeon. Asia Pacific denied that request outright, without dialogue with me or any form of good-faith effort to address why I don't feel safe with Dr. Ching. Offering to revise his own work is not a reasonable solution when repeated lapses in professionalism, communication, and patient care have left me with no confidence in his judgment or ability. I strongly urge prospective patients to conduct thorough due diligence before entrusting Dr. Ching with their body, safety, and money. Do not assume that "over a million followers" is actually real, or that an expensive office is evidence of surgical competence, patient safety, or accountability.
