Rave rave rave rave! I almost don't want to tell anyone about this place for fear of not being able to easily snag an appointment in the future. I've had two services done here; the lash lift/tint, and the Skin Detox Facial. It's been almost two weeks since each treatment, and: 1. My lashes look the same as when I left the spa -- lifted, perfectly curled up, and I still don't need mascara to make them stand out. I had them lifted for a special occasion but they came out looking so nice that I could see myself eventually making this a routine thing. 2. Vanessa did my facial and she did an amazing job. Not only did we have a nice, chill chat while she was working on my face but so many of the products she used felt great. The fizzing oxygen mask was my favorite (and I'm so bummed you can't buy it!), and I added on the cupping out of interest to see what it would do. The 24-48 hours after the facial are what I would usually expect (red, a little splotchy, my skin basically acting out), but on the third day the results appeared and I was so pleased. It reduced some of the red areas I had asked her to target, I had a nice and healthy overall glow, and the few spots of visible texture on my face had diminished. It worked SO well that I was quick to book another one for 6ish weeks out. The spa is so calming and relaxing! The beds adjust to your comfort, the music was low key, and it really felt like a 'hidden secret' experience. It was a little difficult to spot the first time I went (you can't see it from the street), but parking is easy if you don't mind walking a block or so, either from the street parking next to McDonald's or from the Cinnamon's lot. read more
