I received a quote directly from Yelp and got a response within the first hour with a very reasonable cost so I went with them immediately. I booked the cleaning and finally got my cleaning done today and it looks amazing. 3 ladies came right on time and they were so nice and sweet! They all came into my house with masks on and shoe slips. I also really appreciated them asking me to check the house before they left so they know that my expectations were met and they definitely were! They were not. Then the cleaning staff lied and said they did clean the attic they did not. Instructions were given on where the key would be and where to place it, those directions didn't get followed and then they said I didn't give them key instructions. The basement wasn't cleaned due to them being worried about the dog. They claimed they couldn't find the light switch. The light switch is at the top of the steps and there's another set at the bottom. Dog was secured in the crate the entire time. Not once did anyone call and ask about the light switch, they didn't ask if it was safe to go downstairs and instead of just saying they messed up, they wanted to argue. In addition to that, there is a light right at the basement door before you open it, had they turns it on, they would've seen the switch ‍. My gut tells me they forgot or kissy didn't want to do it. It's terrible service, they did a very basic job and I do not recommend ever. ‍

The maids arrived an hour late, which is not a huge deal, but then one of them started telling me why. She said that the client she had just left refused to pay and then gave an undeniably racist comment about the fact that the person's race had something to do with the fact that they did not pay. She literally repeated the claim after I asked for clarification out of utter shock. As someone with an interracial family, and as a decent human being, I was appalled by the comment. I honestly wanted to kick them out of my house right then and there, but she didn't even understand my outrage because of the language barrier, and her coworker had already started cleaning. But I also wanted them gone as soon as possible. It was so unfair that I was put in this position of having someone making these comments in my own home. It's a good thing my interracial family members were not there at the time, particularly the kids. Imagine your children hearing racist comments like that IN THEIR OWN HOME. I respect the heck out of people who do hard work like this, and I normally tip generously to show that appreciation, but I cannot abide racism from anyone, especially not in my home. Oh, and also they wore their shoes inside, and even upstairs! It was rainy and gross outside and they didn't have booties for their shoes or anything, they just came right in and went up to the carpeted 2nd floor with their shoes.
