So I am certain she was aware of each ticket's purpose. I asked her if there was confusion about what was output. She very rudely answered "No," she then proceeded to give me my $20 winnings but not the lottery exchange ticket (which for me was most valuable). When I ask where was my exchange ticket, she walked over, grabbed it and slammed it down on the counter with an attitude. SHE DEFINITELY INTENDED TO KEEP IT!

I could have made the reservation a day + out and people would be parked there. I've seen driver's be told to move, they drive through the parking lot, and then park back in those spots. Or those rude driver's ask the driver's with reserve spots to move. If that doesn't work they physically break into your rig and move your tractor and trailer. That is a staffing complaint not a particular staff problem.
