He told me they just needed to finish another job before coming to mine. After more than a week passed with no communication, I began calling again on June 29. Over the next couple of weeks, I spoke with the answering service several times and was told each time that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I also left multiple voicemail messages through July 13, and none of them were returned. Today, July 15, I have Strongman Tree Service scheduled to do the work because I simply couldn't wait any longer. My disappointment isn't about the price--it's about the complete lack of communication and follow-through. If Above All wasn't interested in taking on a smaller job or was too busy, I would have appreciated being told that. Instead, I was left waiting and wondering. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Above All Tree Service. They may be a well-established company with plenty of trucks around town, but good customer service starts with keeping customers informed. Don't waste your time waiting for a call that may never come.

We called that afternoon and set up an appointment with Jeff Stucker Monday morning. When he got here on time, he was shocked with how big the crack was. It was clearly an emergency situation and he was able to have a quote done quickly and a crew scheduled for that Friday morning. They were there early and worked thru the day and came back first thing Monday morning to finish it.
