The company I've used over the years went out of business after seeing a review on Facebook I decided to call Above all Tree Service. I made the call On Tuesday at 8 AM by 845 Brian was here to give me an estimate he was professional and I couldn't ask for a better estimate. He sent his men over Wednesday and told me they would be here between one and two they were right on time. They did a phenomenal job I couldn't ask for more they were clean pleasant and polite I highly recommend Brian and his crew above all tree services. read more

I first contacted Above All Tree Service on June 15, 2026, and left a message. A company representative later came to my home and quoted me $1,000 to remove one tree from my backyard and haul away some limbs I had already piled up. He told me they just needed to finish another job before coming to mine. After more than a week passed with no communication, I began calling again on June 29. Over the next couple of weeks, I spoke with the answering service several times and was told each time that someone would call me back. No one ever did. I also left multiple voicemail messages through July 13, and none of them were returned. Today, July 15, I have Strongman Tree Service scheduled to do the work because I simply couldn't wait any longer. My disappointment isn't about the price--it's about the complete lack of communication and follow-through. If Above All wasn't interested in taking on a smaller job or was too busy, I would have appreciated being told that. Instead, I was left waiting and wondering. Based on my experience, I can't recommend Above All Tree Service. They may be a well-established company with plenty of trucks around town, but good customer service starts with keeping customers informed. It seems my business was not important to them at all. I was given a 5 hour window for an estimator to show up, then i had to call to find out what was going on. After several failed attempts at reaching them, they finally showed up 2 hours late. After agreeing on a quote, they abandoned me and i never heard from them again. Went to another company and i had limbs quoted and removed in 2 days for half the price. I originally went with Above All Tree Services bc they promoted themselves in my area, but that was a mistake. I had someone come over to give me a quote. When accepted the quote and was ready to have my trees cut there was always an excuse-- it's raining, we have some other jobs scheduled, etc. This went on and on until their representative said he would contact me, but he never did. My husband and I had several tree service companies come out and bid on several tree removals and Above All Tree Service seemed to be the most reasonable (not the least but not the most in price). When they came out, they did a fantastic job and did it safely, making sure not to damage any surrounding shrubs/plants. They were a very friendly bunch and also very professional. They even took care of a couple of small items for us. We were so pleased with their service that we have recommended to numerous folks who have also used them. Above All does a great job! They are responsive, efficient and professional and everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. Devin and his crew have just finished removing a large pine from my front yard which collapsed unexpectedly over the weekend. I had a 100+ year old huge water oak whose base had split into 4 segments and one of them split off from the tree and fell on the front of my house. My neighbor recommended Mark Lewis' team at Above All Tree Service to remove the tree and they were here within 30 minutes of calling and did a superb job of removing the tree with zero damage to any of my landscaping. I called them a few days later to take down the rest of the monster tree since its core was hollow and it was a disaster waiting to happen. They arrived on schedule today, performed the job with precision and excellence, and I could not be happier. They were true professionals and worked in synchrony to get the job completed in a very timely fashion, again being careful not to disturb my existing landscaping and without any damage whatsoever to existing fence, carport, mailbox, bird bath, etc. I highly recommend this company. read more
