I sent him pictures of the uncompleted work. Numerous texts to him went unanswered. I filed a complaint with the AZ Attorney General's office who contacted him for a response. Tyler Finch's response was that he would be back by the end of the month. That was October of 2023. When he didn't show up, I filed a rebuttal to his response with the AZ Attorney General's office. To date, he has not responded to my rebuttal. Save your money. Hire someone else. read more

Tyler came out and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. The following week, he and his buddy came out and cleaned up our yard in less than 2 days. They showed up early and really worked hard pulling up trees, replanting and landscaping. They also laid pavers and built a small block wall. I'm not sure if he was under the impression I wasn't willing to pay or just had other projects he preferred but it's unprofessional to ghost someone. I was working out of state and getting notices from my property management that my yard needed cleaned up. There was a dead citrus tree that was blown down in one of the storms. I looked up landscaping in the Mesa area and saw God's Garden , I thought. I contacted Tyler, he came to my place the next day or two, looked it over and said that he could do the job. I think he said it would cost $80. I thought that was reasonable. I said just clean up debris and cut up the dead tree, stack it behind the home. He sent pictures. The yard looked cleaned up but, I saw the tree against the side of the house and Not cut up. I asked him if he cut it. He said yes. So I sent him the payment for the work. My cousin came out and told me that the tree was still Not cut up. I texted Tyler and asked that he finish the job and he said ok. Not done. When I called him and confronted him he hung up on me. I reported him to the BBB. I texted him and asked him to complete the work or return my $ or I would report him to the Better Business Bureau, which I did. Tyler was punctual and completed the work on time at a decent price. 1st we asked him to do some cement/rock work on an existing garden wall. 1 month later we are noticing that the cement was not mixed correctly and is already cracked and eroding. Which was why we contracted him in the 1st place, so time and money wasted there. Then he installed a drip system for our citrus trees. The underground water system is fine. But, he installed the timer box right outside my front door, without asking if that was an OK spot - it isn't. We could shrug our shoulders and live with it but the wiring from the water box to the timer is exposed so it is only a matter of time until the rodents that roam our property get to it. He did respond to our complaints that he would fix things, but we never heard from him again. I would hesitate to have this company do anything more than clean up and trimming. We will not be using this company for services again. read more
