The shop is clearly designed with kids in mind there's plenty of entertainment to keep them distracted and engaged throughout the appointment. Pricing is very reasonable and well within the expected range. After the haircut, my son even wanted to stay a few extra minutes to enjoy himself, which says a lot about how comfortable he felt. Stella was our stylist, and she was absolutely amazing kind, gentle, and great with kids. Parking was plentiful, and the appointment-only system made the visit smooth and stress-free. Instead, the stylist immediately tied her hair into a ponytail and cut off a large section in one go without checking in with me before making such a dramatic cut. I was surprised but assumed she had a technique and knew what she was doing. After that, she simply evened out the ends into what was essentially a blunt cut and cut a tiny section in the front, saying those were the bangs. The finished haircut looked nothing like what I had requested. It lacked the shape, layering, and face framing we had discussed, and it didn't even look like a neatly finished haircut. When I told the stylist I wasn't happy with the result, she responded, "Oh, you wanted more layers." I was hesitant to let her cut more because my daughter's hair was already much shorter than expected. When I asked how she planned to fix it, she simply replied, "That's my job. I do things differently." That response did not give me confidence. Another concern was how rushed the appointment felt. By the time she started my daughter's haircut, the next clients had already arrived. It felt like there wasn't enough time taken to understand what I wanted or to carefully finish the haircut. Cutting a child's long hair is a big change, and I expected more communication and attention to detail. The most disappointing part isn't the nearly $50 price tag for a child's haircut--it's that my 7-year-old now has to live with a hairstyle she doesn't like for the next several months while it grows out. I understand that every stylist has their own techniques, but listening to the client, confirming expectations before making a major cut, and taking the time to deliver a polished result are all part of good service. She sent me their IG profile where I clicked the link to schedule an appointment. I originally scheduled it for yesterday but Vanessa had to cancel and she gladly rescheduled us for the next day. You will get text message reminders and the sessions is scheduled for 35min. They offered a First Cut Package which comes with a Certificate, lock of hair and a photo but I was told their printer wasn't working so $5was taken off the tab. Arrived a minute before our scheduled time. Vanessa was in her room waiting for us when we entered we were greeted. It's a small clean space. This place really caters to the little ones. Bluey was playing on the tv, there was a car chair and she had lollipops and little toys to take. I had my daughter with me and she was just so happy to see all the kid friendly set up. My son did amazing. He just turned one last month and his hair was so long I usually use my daughter's clips to keep the hair out of his eyes. Vanessa gave me the option to put him in the car chair or if I wanted to sit and have him on my lap. I decided to put him in the car chair. He did so well, he was so calm and all smiles. She also asked what I wanted. I honestly didn't, I just wanted a nice trim. I was open to any suggestions she had since she was the expert. Vanessa was so kind, very experienced, gentle and worked really fast and efficiently and her work is beautiful! She cut and styled his hair all in about 20mins. My baby looks so handsome love how it came out. Highly recommended Vanessa her business. We will definitely return when it's time for another cut.

I was very impressed by how the team expertly worked with each child. I can't express enough how appreciative I am of Linda. When Linda asked me what I wanted for my son's hair, I told her, I would just really like to have the back of his hair fixed. She took a very quick glance and said okay and asked if I would like the front trimmed. I wanted to keep it long. That's all it took. She understood the assignment. She reached over and pulled out a remote controI. She asked if my son would like to play a video game. He was so surprised. He said yes and she handed him the remote control. From there, I could hear her self-talk while trimming, "okay, so blend in." I watched and could tell as she began applying her years of experience. My son never flinched for a moment even when she was using the razor around his ears and the back of his neck. Later, my son was so comfortable with her that he let her know that he would like her to cut the front of his hair shorter.
