First, I was told to come back on Monday after 6pm to pick it up. Went on Monday evening, just to be told oh no, it's going to take the whole week and won't be ready before Friday. When I picked up my items, the comforter cover was done so poorly that I'm not sure what exactly they did to it. It's super wrinkled and COVERED in lint (see picture). If I washed it, it would've come out better. To top it off, they charged me $86! I deeply regret tying a new place since we moved and I wanted to avoid a 25min drive to my usual dry cleaners. Never again.

And because this shop is located in my neighborhood, it's my dry cleaner of choice. Every time I pop in, I am the only customer. I'll continue utilizing them until I have a job where I can wear my at-home uniform of a tank top and athletic shorts every day.
