These Morons, charged me $114 to clean 5 suits, 5 shirts, and and 5 extra pants. They were all Ruined! they washed all of them, whites all had brown stains on them, buttons missing on every shirt, and silk bowling shirts bleached and ruined! Never use them again, they rip you off. read more

The people that run the place are nice but then contract your clothing out... that's when problem begins! After 5 redo's on my blouse and yes one blouse could not press correctly and they offered credit but no thanks ' would had been convenient as just moved to area but it's a Big no now! Anyone know of a cleaners that really cleans doesn't smell of sour wet clothes and actually do not hang up dirty items on a hanger and give back wrinkles and all ? Also on re dos they want to give store credit and after it being in store one day they said if I did not pick up my clothing by email it would be donated??? This is a scketchy place and I advise not take any nice clothes to them, actually saw police uniforms hanging on doors not put away ... guess everyone that goes into this place learns all the officers that not only can't smell but trust uniforms being on display , that to me is so unprofessional too! First, I seldom write reviews, good or bad. But in this retailers case, I will. The cleaners lost one of my cashmere sweaters, offered me less than 50% what the replacement cost would be. Then recorded a much lower amount in there system. So when I took some shirts in for ironing "only', they charged me for dry cleaning without actually cleaning, just pressing. Hands down came in last weekend in the morning and asked about pricing. This place had fair pricing than the woodlands. the girl that was there really answered all my questions and concerns, She was ready to help me. Very good service. I came back in this morning and brought my comforter for cleaning the employee was amazing (Lorraine) and very knowledgeable and helpful. I really wanted to like these guys. They're so close to my house. But four times I've had to bring shirts back because the collars have been pressed incorrectly. They let me know today that they don't do any of the work in-house. They ship it all out to Lake Conroe. They told me that it happens during transit. It's frustrating to bring shirts back more than one time to get fixed. I just picked up a shirt the second time and it is still messed up. I hate to say it but you're probably better off finding yourself another dry cleaner. read more

Very affordable and to the point. Unfortunately my clothes came back safety pinned to the hangers and my dress had pen marks that weren't there before (they came off easily) . I would use them again for clothes that can be easily replaced but not for my more expensive items. read more

This place used to be owned by Me. Fuji - he was superb and so were the services. For couple of years now service has been awful and today I picked up $50 of dry cleaning of which all of it a mess - wrinkled, discolored brights, dulled darks, shiny dry cleaning film on pants, every single piece - summer dress colors that were vibrant totally ruined into gray scale. I went pick up my items I dropped off 10/30/14. The man behind the counter came out with clothes that were not mine. long story short he never found my items although I had the ticket. He said " We are not responsible for items over 30 days" I am writing this review at a later time but, it had only been 34 days! Really....? Used them for 2 months. They stained a brand new shirt that was worn only once. Said they couldn't do anything about it. If I could give "0" stars, I would. Would not recommend unless you have mechanics overalls you want ironed. Stay away & find a reputable dry cleaners. Not professional service, but I guess you get what you pay for. Terrible! read more

I can't give stars for this cleaner. They charged $13 for a small women's peacoat. When my husband dropped off ,he was told around $7. Which would be in the ballpark of other cleaners in the area. Different story when picked up. Customer service from employee is deplorable. When I called about cost he stated nothing he could do, talk to the owner and hung up. I called back , he stated he thought I was through, but I informed him I needed name of owner and good time to call back which he provided them he asked"are you through now?" I went to store next morning ( time the employee told me). Owner not there, employee told me the owner wasn't going to do anything. I have never used this cleaners before and it's not looking good for any future use. There are several other area cleaners I suggest be used about 12 months ago · read more

I dropped off a shirt and requested that it be ironed with medium starch and to crease the sleeves for an event I would be attending. A day and a half later I return to pick up the shirt and the first thing I notice is that the sleeves are folded and pinned together. I lift the bag to examine the shirt and unpin the sleeves and I can feel that there is barely any starch on the garment if any at all, and also that the sleeves aren't creased at all. I tell the gentleman at the counter that this is not what I requested. He stated that it was what was written on the ticket. So I asked him where was it written and he told me when they collected the piece it was placed in a bag with the instructions. I told him this is not what I requested that the shirt was basically in the same condition as what it was when I bought it in. He then stated that the young lady who took my request probably didn't understand me, which I don't see how seeing as I was the only person in at the time and I repeated the request twice as well as spelled out my name for her to put on the ticket. He then tells me that he will keep the garment and that I can come back to get it Monday evening after 5. I tell him that I can't do that because I need it for the morning. He tells me that whenever I come back they will do it for free. So as I'm paying he decides to give me .50 of my total for not having the garment correct. So after I get my receipt I ask will he write on there that my next garment would be free and he states that it won't be free because he gave me .50 off the total. Needless to say as a first time customer I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience here, and now after working an almost 16hr day I have to go home and iron and starch the shirt myself read more
