I was only allowed to participate in the morning sessions on certain days. For these fees he should be much more flexible with scheduling. The workout was great! His mix between cardio and strength training is excellent.

Unfortunately, three…read moredays before I was to begin such rigorous training, I ended up on crutches and wearing a knee brace for over 60 days. Needless to say, I could not start program, but did however start working out (after doctor's release and an order to take it slowly) while still wearing a brace. Brandon doesn't believe in taking it easy on anyone, knee brace or not; and you will see on his business page, most clients laid out on the floor after every workout (of which he is proud). After working out with him only a few times,I ended up back in the ER. Long story made short, I presented all my medical info to Brandon Sledge, explaining to him my health situation and respectfully requested a refund. To which he replied "I don't do refunds!" He felt justified in keeping over $5,000 of my money, when from day one I was on crutches. I had to file a claim with American Express, PayPal and contact an attorney, before he reluctantly agreed to a 60% refund. He basically kept $2,000 of my money. Throughout this whole process, Brandon was beyond condescending and malicious. As some of you are no doubt contemplating a healthy new year, may I suggest, run far and fast from TeamTwenty4Fitness. Your bank account and peace of mind will be in much better shape for it. Update.... It has been brought to my attention that a letter I wrote to Brandon in 2015 has been made public. I'm not disputing my letter, as he did change my life, which is exactly why I decided to train with him again in 2016. I, however was injured and asked for a refund after presenting medical forms from my drs. He refused to refund my $5,000 even with proof of injury. I adored Brandon. I was shocked to say the least, when he did not have my best health in interest, but rather my money. I learned an expensive lesson. I not only lost money, but trust in my trainer who claimed to be a friend.

However, with those locations you also pay a premium. Planet Fitness is by far a premium facility. These locations are meant for getting in and getting out. You have to bring your own towels. They don't have staff that go around cleaning equipment like the premium locations, you have to put in that work as well, and that's done with a cleaning station that has a cleaner in a squirt bottle and paper towels. This location does have tanning and a message area. The tanning I believe they had 2 rooms. The message I think was one, not sure what all that entails, we haven't used it. These don't have pools, but they say they have a gender specific hot tubs in the locker rooms, I didn't look to verify. Wife went into her locker room area and said it was nice. I'll be curious to see. This is a place were you get what you pay for. If you want a budget gym for $10 a month, than this is the place were you get $10 a month worth of equipment and the work required to keep it decent falls on the user.

Most amenities are decent, but much of the equipment is long overdue for an adjustment. It's either…read morerattling and loose or the grips aren't symmetrical forcing you into an unnatural grip. My biggest complaint is with the manager who regularly parks directly in front of the building in the fire lane regardless of how full the parking lot is. A manager who's too lazy to walk the handful of paces from the parking lot probably shouldn't be running a fitness center. The local fire marshal would likely have something to say about that. I've complained to staff directly and via electronic feedback about both issues without success; hopefully most other branches are better managed.

Very similar to how hotels work now if you've ever used the app vs a key. So how do you get in that first time if you don't have the app and access? You have to go during staffed hours which are located online and there will be someone to open the door for you or do you like I did and ask nicely to stroll in with someone who has access. Sign-up was very easy and you can actually do it online if you are not a people person but I wanted a tour before I signed up. Front desk a staff have always been very friendly. It's basically an entrance with some chairs in the lobby, two bathrooms and a large open space that has the gym in the back. I wish the bathroom had an easier spot to change but I make it work. The gym equipment is by far the best equipment I have ever used. Everything feels like it is brand spanking new and has never been touched by anyone else. It is packed with all types of different equipment from weight machines to free weights to cardio machines (treadmills, bikes, etc). The music is always jammin, there is 3 TVs to watch while you're cranking out that treadmill walk and plenty of cleaning stations with wipes you can use to keep your equipment germ free. There is a salon and a massage business in the back and there are personal trainers - all extra. All and all I am really enjoying this spot. It's never been packed, always clean and love the 24/7 access.
