When he mistook my kindness for weakness and set up camp at the machine I was ALREADY using, I politely asked him to take his rest and watch his shows to the side. He did not want to watch his tv programs to the side and rather stomped up to the front desk with some delusional, self righteous, made- up version of the truth, resulting in the staff teenager with pigtails ruining my workout via talking about gym etiquette when she should be talking about personal space, staring problems and sexual harassment etiquette. To put it plainly; a grown man asked to take something out of my hands and threw a fit when I said no. You can work in if I let you and if not you can wait, OR go do core exercises somewhere else (my personal favorite but they're all great options.)

I took a screenshot when I went in to cancel because other cancelled members told me they would try to screw me. They did. They do not allow you to change your billing info online and force you to come in to the gym to cancel. They will not return any calls. I am filing claim with AG as well as local BBB. Also sicing CitiBank on them with a fraud dispute,. Also reaching out to franchise HQ. Ownership will not call you back - a total sham of an operation.

I do light lifting now and run. There's also no stretch area. I asked if they accept insurance discount which my insurance said they did and was told probably not because they stopped doing a lot of them. It's just too expensive and not enough equipment/not big enough for Granburys population. I'd hate to see it when it's busy. It was insanely clean though and great equipment (what they did have) so that's a plus. This gym would be good for serious lifters who come at odd times when it's not busy. I prepaid Brandon Sledge over $5000 for his 90 day transformation program. Unfortunately, three…read moredays before I was to begin such rigorous training, I ended up on crutches and wearing a knee brace for over 60 days. Needless to say, I could not start program, but did however start working out (after doctor's release and an order to take it slowly) while still wearing a brace. Brandon doesn't believe in taking it easy on anyone,knee brace or not; and you will see on his business page, most clients laid out on the floor after every workout (of which he is proud). After working out with him only a few times,I ended up back in the ER. Long story made short, I presented all my medical info to Brandon Sledge, explaining to him my health situation and respectfully requested a refund. To which he replied "I don't do refunds!" He felt justified in keeping over $5,000 of my money, when from day one I was on crutches. I had to file a claim with American Express, PayPal and contact an attorney, before he reluctantly agreed to a 60% refund. He basically kept $2,000 of my money. Throughout this whole process, Brandon was beyond condescending and malicious. As some of you are no doubt contemplating a healthy new year, may I suggest, run far and fast from TeamTwenty4Fitness. Your bank account and peace of mind will be in much better shape for it. Update.... It has been brought to my attention that a letter I wrote to Brandon in 2015 has been made public. I'm not disputing my letter, as he did change my life, which is exactly why I decided to train with him again in 2016. I, however was injured and asked for a refund after presenting medical forms from my drs. He refused to refund my $5,000 even with proof of injury. I adored Brandon. I was shocked to say the least, when he did not have my best health in interest, but rather my money. I learned an expensive lesson. I not only lost money, but trust in my trainer who claimed to be a friend.
