Unfortunately this is untrue as Dr. Bell is not straight forward about explaining a patient's eye health. Instead of explaining glaucoma, I was given a packet of information that was printed from the web. Instead of providing documentation about the progress of my eyes or recommendations on how to improve my eye health, I was told my eye health is normal and I shouldn't worry about anything. Also, if you need an eye examination at LensCrafters, Dr. Bell doesn't communicate that you need a release form which states it's safe to treat your eyes. Since I've never heard of this information until today (a year after being in Dr. Bell's "care"), I'm greatly concerned about my eye health.
