This place is great. They replaced my windshield in under a half hour. The ladies at the front desk went above and beyond for me as well.

This company redid my store front windows. There are gaps and it's unfinished. When I brought it up to them they actually asked me if I had a problem with their work. I responded with "you don't?" I could literally put my hand through the gap. Their fix was silicone it. Which now coats my sidewalk. The sealing job wasn't even close to finished. Do not use this company. If you do just take your windows out all together it will be just as well insulated. read more

I've had three windshields replaced at Mr. Go Glass. In so far as their work, they do a decent job. However, the last time they replaced the windshield the technician broke the plastic retaining clips of the escutcheon around my rear view mirror, which left it rattling around the mirror arm. I would have thought they'd have just owned-up to it and told me about it but was not the case here...took me a couple days to figure out where the noise was coming from and by that time I just felt it wasn't worth the effort to go back and engage them about it. Whereas (most) responsible shops would apologize and offer to fix this (probably $10j damaged part. My main disappointment with this business is the overall poor customer service. It's nearly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone from being put on hold. and they can go days before returning a call (if ever). Perhaps I'm a bit old school in believing if a business wants my business, they should be exert some sense of urgency and follow-through. After calling yesterday a few times after hanging-up from being on hold for 5-minutes (I timed it) I finally got a hold of the auto glass person. I was told my glass was not in-stock through their main vendors so she had to check on the dealer part availability and call me back. I never received a call back yesterday nor today. So I called the dealer myself and found that the glass is in-stock and can be delivered next business day. I've now given-up on this shop (at least the store in Easton) and scheduled my repair elsewhere. I'm also a bit bewildered as to why they would post a sign at the counter stating that they pass their credit card processing fees on to the customer as a surcharge. I'd expect that most repairs are in the hundreds if not thousands of dollars, and many consumers may need to use a credit card as they may not have ready cash to pay for a repair. It's yet another slap in their customer's face which further underscores this business's lack of customer service. I don't think I'll bring my business back to this store unless it comes under new management. read more

I have now had my windshield and my passenger side window replaced here and I can't recommend them enough. From scheduling to the actual work being done I was really happy both times. The staff is awesome and the waiting area is nice. I would choose this over Safelite any day of the week because Safelite is garbage and don't care about their customers. read more

We asked Go Glass to come out and cover our pergola with plexiglass. They came right away and gave an estimate promptly of 2800.00. We accepted the bid and then they sent another technician out to do final measurements. The bid changed to $38,000.00. Yes, this is not a typo. $38,000.00. Go Glass does not know what they are doing. read more

There is a reason this company sucks in the ratings. I called on a Monday about a major issue with my glass fireplace. I was assured that I was going to receive a call back from the technician later that evening on Monday. Never received the call back on Monday. Fast forward to Tuesday, I called and informed them that I didn't receive a call By the technician and I told I would get a call later Tuesday evening. I was called on Tuesday by office and told that i would receive and email Wednesday stating estimate for the job. Wednesday I never received estimate. I called Thursday and after being transferred multiple times and being told different stories, someone told me that I would receive call back to schedule service. Never received call back. Here were are on Friday and still no call l To schedule service. Sad point is that I was told about this company by a friend who personally knows the owner Brett. So you would think I would deserve at least communication and good service. Not exactly, if this is how the owner treats friends and other business owners, well, I wouldn't recommend this company to put glass in my picture frame much less anything in my home. Made my appt and showed up ahead of schedule. They said it'd take 30 min to fix 2 small windshield cracks. It took 2 hours. As someone who works in home health, this delay affected numerous patients and the employees seemed unconcerned and unapologetic. read more

We moved to Easton about 6 weeks ago. All of our vendors have been great, until we dealt with GoGlass...what a nightmare. About 5 weeks ago, we paid to have 3 custom mirrors made and installed. They promised to install them in 3-5 days. We had plumbing disconnected in the sinks below the mirrors so they could install them, only to get a call after they were to arrive advising that they "broke the mirror" and would get a new one in the next couple of days. 5 weeks later (that's right, for a multi- store, large glass company to get glass), after they pushed off our delivery too many times, they finally came today. Both mirrors were measured wrong horizontally, so they took them back to the shop to "grind them down to the proper size." Then, they brought them back. But this time, they were STILL the wrong size, but now it was the top of the mirror. Once they acknowledged that at least for the first mirror, they had to start from scratch and replace it(5 weeks after their 4 day promised delivery), they then tried to install the second mirror and BROKE it (again). Ironically, the guy that measured the install location wrong was "Scott," the manager for this branch in Easton, MD. Do yourself a favor, especially given their high prices, go elsewhere. This was not a simple mistake, this was ongoing incompetence...they measured wrong, they blew out their commitment on timing, they broke 2 mirrors and suddenly a 4 day install goes out 5 weeks and we are still at square 1. Oh, and they'll be nice on the phone, but Savannah and Erika forgot to hang up on me and I was about to hang up, I noticed they didn't disconnect and they spent the next 5 minutes calling me names to each other..."he can go suck a d*** if he thinks we're giving him money back" or "what an a**hole" or "yeah, we'll call him RIGHT back, right" or "Lucky for me, 'A**hole Scott' (their manager) gets to deal with this a**hole customer." read more

Purchased a home May 4, 2018, prior to which this company was to make repairs to a kitchen window. The repair was paid for in April 2018 as a condition of settlement. We were told "a part is on order" by this company. A month later- "still on order, will have supervisor call you." Now 5 months later, no fixed window- which has already been paid for- and the same response by the same woman- Melissa- "will have the supervisor call you." Never once have they called us back. Horrible, horrible company. And we will be filing a complaint with the BBB. read more

It's been a few years now, but a favorable review is still in order. I took my 1964 Ford Falcon Convertible to have them repair two cracks to my windshield, one was a nasty bulls eye crack that had been there for years. I was thinking beforehand that they'd never be able to do anything with that one, much less the other. The repair guy, possibly the owner gave me the estimated time it would take him to repair. I came back and he said he needed just a little more time. I had a good feeling at that point, because he was seriously addressing the issue. So I come back and my jaw drops. I didn't even see the cracks, so I had to put on my glasses and do a closeup to see minute evidence of there ever being any cracks. I was astounded. Putting or even getting a new windshield for a car this old isn't easy or cheap. The cost was minimal, but I don't remember exactly what it was. Mr Go Glass of Easton saved me huge bucks!!!
