I wanted to get my car collection done by MAD soaps until I saw this. Now I know how horrible this owner is and I could never support his company. They did post an "apology" video (if you can call it that, they didn't actually apologize at all) but, NOTHING can retract what they said, including using derogatory hate speech and other language that makes people of the LGBT community or who are over weight feel ostracized or othered. They claim in their apology video that they are trying to prevent male suicide and help people, yet, the very things they said in their initial video are the leading causes of suicide in the LGBT community, especially youths. I have a van that needed a good cleaning job, so I made an appointment with M.A.D. Soaps literally the night before, and they were able to fit me in no problem. I purchased the Gold package, which required 4-6 hours of work. Two gentlemen came to my house, brought all of their own equipment, including water, and were finished in about 4hrs. They did an amazing job!!!!!!! They got all of the stains and dirt out, washed/dried my car and made it smell great, wiped everything inside and out-whatever needed to be done, they did it!!!!!! I'm really impressed with how my van looks right now-compared to before!!!! I definitely recommend them to anyone!!!! They have a variety of packages, depending on the vehicle that you might have. Christian and his employees did a fantastic job with my car. I had a friend throw up in my car and didn't know how I could get the stain out. But I was able to give Christian a call and was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. M.A.D Soaps is a fantastic business and they are well on their way to being known not only in Anne Arundel County, but in the state of Maryland and hopefully beyond. Those guys work hard.
