I was also told that the pieces I brought weren't a great fit for the store. I had some good labels that I thought matched their vibe--Calvin Klein, Banana Republic, a 100% linen jacket from Kathleen Sommers, an orange suede jacket, etc. Full disclosure: I may have made the mistake of including one or two pieces with a stain or flaw, which could have led to judgment on the rest of my items and made them seem undesirable. To be fair, maybe what I brought truly wasn't a good fit. However, I wasn't given any additional feedback or much sense of appreciation for coming in, so I'm probably just not the kind of seller or customer they're looking for.

I probably came out spending $160 or so. I bought quite a few things that could be signature pieces. I think it will depend on your style. A lot of items I can see being more 70s or 80s. Retro throw back, coming of age movie type vibes. We spend a lot of time there because of the vibe as well as just looking through a bunch to find what we could. For plus size I wouldn't say there was a lot but I like accessories and other things so I still found it worth while. Because the clothing is more vintage sizing can be different but anyone who thrifts kinda knows that. I thigh the cashier was nice. Saw some regulars that she was friendly with.

They have a permanent space on North Avenue and Station North and it's only open for limited hours. A couple hours on Friday and Saturday but then they do have private shopping appointments available. I visited Last Call Egatniv (vintage backwards) during the station North Holiday fair and I got to talk to one of the co-owners Tyler and he was really fun and turns out he's a teacher and a coach on the side who loves architecture). The coffee table books were really fairly priced at around $30. Sometimes I do think vintage cost more than new clothes so I have a hard time justifying something unless it's really really unique and in this case these really cool coffee books were totally worth it. Be sure to add this vintage store to your rotation. The owners are really cool.
