I found this location very easy to find on Salisbury between Bowden and Butler. When I walked in there was no line! I was sure there would be a wait as the one on Pritchard always has a wait. Also I noticed the employees were smiling and laughing. They made pleasant conversation, checked my ID and got my package for me. It was such an easy and pleasant experience. They also have shipping supplies. If you don't want to use a FedEx box, they sell plain brown boxes as well as tape and other supplies which actually aren't too expensive. I would definitely recommend this location for shipping and if you need to pick up a package and can choose a location, this one is great.

They offer several different logistics options here like FedEx, DHL, and even USPS! I technically love the USPS flat rate boxes when sending packages to my family and friends. The fact that this venue helped me pick the right options that made the most sense like shipping times, signage options, size of boxes was a winner for me. The gentleman that helped me even helped me decide to add some packaging peanuts to keep my items more organized by filling in the gaps. I was recently given the privilege of being the executor of a family member's estate. I'm sure the staff got tired of seeing me ( or really my jamming the copy machines, lol.) Through-out the process, I was in the store no fewer than 10-15 times. Every time the doors slid open, I was met with a smile and greeted immediately. Every time I jammed that copy machine or didn't know how to use it, someone quickily came over to fix my issues and/or show me what I did incorrectly. Everyone was also patient with me & my lack of knowledge! I truly appreciate the staff here and all the help I was given in order to complete my duties as an executor! It was something I had never done so it was very frustrating at time for me! Each time I needed to ship something swiftly, FedEx did NOT let me down. The envelopes arrived safely & expeditiously.
