Let me start by saying I have a mailbox here. Every other mailbox i have or have had gives a 30 day grace period. Additionally, they have a GIANT banner stating "We'll match any competitors price guaranteed". So I asked about purchasing a box, they said it was $5 (excessive) and I showed a competitors price which was half of theirs and they said oh no we're not going to match that our quality is better. So I said ok what makes it better? She said it's double walled, so I showed her the description of the competitor and sure enough it was the same exact box. She then said ok well we're not going to match that. Search TM Packaging (or any other packaging company) if you're in Miami if you want better prices. This store has a 100%+ markup on competitors. Ridiculous. I will be removing my mailbox after the end of the month.

They used to play good music, and it honestly made the place feel more welcoming and upbeat. Now, the store feels very quiet and a bit uncomfortable. I genuinely don't know how the employees can work all day in that environment--it just feels flat. From a customer's perspective, it even looks like the staff are less upbeat, which is understandable. I truly believe morale and productivity would improve if they were allowed to play some light background music again. The employees still do their jobs, but the overall vibe could be so much better with something as simple as music. Not perfect. I was annoyed. I was about to leave and a customer comes in with poster board printed pictures from Walgreens. Asked lady to cut them for her and she did....and charged her. She didn't even print the pictures there. I made a comment to the young man who charged me and he apologized. Unbelievable and too tired to argue with a supervisor about cutting a paper. So next time I will buy at Office Depot.
