My financial institution notified me today that the fax came through but only had a few "symbols" on the top of the page & no legible content. I resent from The UPS Store without issue. I stopped back by Tampa Type & Print to let them know of the issue & was pretty much blown off by the young man who said he sends 100's of faxes without issue. No offer of refund & not at all concerned with the issue. Had my financial institution not notified me of the issue I'd have had major complications. I would not be comfortable relying on this business with sensitive faxes.
