Friday 7/2 I dropped a packaged to be sent out, and Thank God, they were closed along with USPS yesterday 7/5. I realized I packed up the wrong item I sold, and noticed the mistake 7/4. So I called up first thing today, and talked to the nicest woman Skylar! She was able to immediately pull and hold my package until I could arrive and fix the mistake. She opened my box and shipped the rest of my packages while I repackaged the correct item. She was so nice and friendly to not just me, after a long weekend and TS Elsa, but everyone that came in while I worked. I will just start going here and avoiding the long ridiculous line at out USPS store. So many people are there at all hours, but Goin'Postal works so fast there's hardly a wait. I'm so great full for their service! She helped me with my problems that I created, and she did it with humor and a wonderful disposition! I appreciate the small town businesses of Zephyrhills, something I fear we are losing over all this revamping of our town! However, I hope Goin' Postal on Main Street stays with us forever.     In most cases this is a really good store. They usually have everything you need, prices are good,…read morepeople are knowledgeable, etc. Everything you want and need from an office supply store. Lately, it's be a little messy. They are either restocking shelves or cleaning stuff up. I'm not really sure. They just have a few of these carts with boxes and garbage in several places throughout the store (see pictures). Now, I'm not that snooty that I am unable to walk into a store without complaining over a few cardboard boxes laying around. Except that they are usually in the way, so in order to get by with a shopping cart or pick up something in that general area, you have to move it out of the way. That doesn't make for the best experience. That's really the only thing I have on this location.

After retiring my need for office supplies decreased dramatically, but I would still stop in for an occasional chair, or other rech purposes. The store, likely because of Amazon and Internet, purchasers, is pretty much empty during the day but for the , they seem to have adequate personnel staffing it. However lately I have unfortunately had to deal with their combined FedEx/printing kiosk, and now try to avoid it whenever possible. The last couple times that I have gone in to do a FedEx drop off an older gentleman that was working both and treated me as though it was a privilege for him to give me any of his time. Very abrupt and quite frankly rude. I watched him deal with other customers on printing services and they were treated no better. I don't know if he dislikes his job or dislikes having to deal with people. Unfortunately, it is by miles the closest store to but like this has caused me to use UPS stores, particularly the one down the road about 3 even . Their printing services were extremely convenient. The people were willing to help, and remarkably the cost was about 40% less. So I'm sorry Office Depot but you have given me no reason to return unless absolutely required. I hate to write a review based only on a part of its operation or a particular employee but when that is the only reason you use the store I feel it is both fair and appropriate.

    DOITALLGRAPHICS COMPLAINT…read more I have a very unpleasant task. To warn friends & neighbors about a local business: Ted Jaczuk of Do It All Graphics. Web site: https://doitallgraphics.com/home. On 4/26/24 I instructed him to proceed with his proposal to provide 5000 sheets of 100# matte perforated golf scorecards. On that day I paid an $85 printer setup charge for which I was to receive software for future orders. I have not received this software. Jaczuk emailed that proofs would be ready by 5/6/24. On 5/15 Jaczuk emailed that he was running late because 'broke his ankle' and would 'call when the stock was ready'. On 5/20, I (stupidly) paid a $492 invoice for 50% of the contract price. On 5/28 Jaczuk invoiced me for the remaining $492. Many, many emails & phone messages to Jaczuk were sent. Unanswered. Then, on 5/28 a phone call from him stating the product would be available on 6/6/24. On 6/5/24 I receive an 'overdue' invoice for the remaining $492. On 6/17/24 Jaczuk advised the product was ready. He delivered the forms to my home & wanted full payment. I insisted that I run them through my printer before I issued the final payment. Problem: the forms were printed on GLOSSY paper, not matte. Printing was nearly impossible without smearing & the paper wouldn't accept normal pencil annotations. Jaczuk argued that this was 'what I ordered' even in the face of total documentation to the contrary. I've repeatedly asked him to either deliver what we paid/contracted for or issue a refund. More silence. Hard to imagine how an individual can survive running a business this poorly. I chose him, in part, because of 'good references' on Yelp, Facebook, etc. This will change. A shame. Seems like a nice guy.
