Came in here today to sell my Gucci purse. I wanted to sell it solely because of the size. (Too small). Upon arriving, I was greeted by the store manager, Cisco. He was super friendly and pleasant. He took a look at my bag and told me he could tell it was authentic but had to follow protocol and get it authenticated which could take 30 mins to an hour. (No problem!). I browsed around while I waited, another employee gave me water while I waited. They have a lot of selections and I saw some people walk out with some good items for decent prices.
