Perfect customer service and speedy service. I brought in a new watch to have some links removed and it was done immediately and only cost $5! They were understanding that I was unsure how loose I wanted it and told me I could try it and if it wasn't correct they'd change it for no additional cost. I also left them with 8 watches in need of new batteries. They were completed by the next business day at a really great price. One of the watches has a curved bezel and most jewelers don't want to take it.... Not a problem here. The staff were so kind and friendly. This is the second time we've been to this business. The first time we had my wife's mother's watchband shorten. This latest episode was again because of my wife's mother. The gold chain that she wears with a crucifix broke she had it since she was a young woman. Now being 87 years old she was very emotional about it and worried about it not being able to be fixed. After settling her down. We came here to get it fixed. The jewelers were very helpful and assured us that it will not be a problem fixing the chain. I did a lot of research online for a jeweler who could fix a bracelet of mine. I was being very particular because it's a small dainty piece and it does tend to break easily . It looked like they stoped at "good enough" , it was not good enough for me as I was expecting a nice smooth surface. I had the blonde lady look at my watch and she laughed at it, took it to the back and her and 2 more people laughed about it some more. Please be mindful that not everyone will walk into your store with a Patek or a Rolex. Some things mean more to others if it doesn't look significant to you.
