I purchased a pair of bamboo earrings on 5/25/24 while in Vegas for my birthday. The original price of the earrings was nearly $3,000. They came down in the price, which should have been a red flag. I bought the earrings for $769.46. I was told an appraisal letter would be emailed to me and mailed to me. I have not received the appraisal letter. I took the earrings to be appraised and they are only valued at $150!!!! I am going to blast this on every social media platform that I can. DO NOT SHOP HERE WHEN IN VEGAS! They are liars. I was GUARANTEED by Jay - who appeared to be the owner that the Apprasial for the rings would be a MINIMUM OF DOUBLE the amount that I paid. Jay made it seem like I was getting the deal of a lifetime - what I was getting was SCAMMED ! 3 weeks later the apprasial documents arrived - and to my shock they were far less than the GUARANEED double. I contacted Miners Gems/Spectrum jewellery and was asked to email all documents to them - which I did. Jay called me using whatsap and everytime I answered he hung up, when I called back - he did not pick up. Sometimes he would message me and say he would get back to me - and of course did not. Jay, then messaged me that the owner was flying in and would contact me - yes, you are right that too never happened. I asked via message the owners name and nothing. I then went and got an independant apprasial for one of the rings and it was far LOWER than the apprasial documents that Miners Gems/Spectrum Jewllery provided. I then, emailed Miners Gems again and got no reponse. I have attempted, Email, whatsap messanger, linkedin and I have just been GHOSTED. Please do not support this business and tell others - this is the only way that these sorts of people can be stopped from taking advantage and out right lying to people in order to make a sale. The ring we picked is beautiful, but please know your prices. We saw the exact same ring at Macy's for $2,000 less. I emailed Miners Gems about the price disparity. I ended up calling them after no response. They basically said they couldn't sell as low as Macy's or they would loose money. Know your prices!! My gut feeling was to wait and shop around. We bought this ring while cruising to Alaska on 2018 at Spectrum/Miners gems Ketchikan cruise price 1677.00 within the first 5 years the setting has broken, (covered warranty no charge) Loss diamond another broken setting Paid 50.00 picked up in Las Vegas Manager there had no idea what I was picking up and tried to get another 50.00 for repair. We shipped backed in its box but received a the ring in blue envelope was not happy with experience so I left a yelp review. fast forward to 2023 guess what setting broke again. Emailed for repair waited for two weeks no reply. I received a call from the owner Meeta explaining that nobody wanted to reply to my requests because of the emails sent to them and she didn't like the yelp review. I explained to her never have we encountered such bad customer service during conversation she began yelling at me to take down the review I told her I wouldn't ( I guess yelp reviews are more important to her than a customer satisfaction).Last week we were interested in resizing the ring during inspection we found 2 more missing diamonds. We took to jeweler for inspection was told setting were loose that's why the diamonds are coming out they refused to fix and resize due to the design of ring. I emailed Miners gems about needing repair after a week of no replies I finally received a email stating they would only repair the ring if I was ok with their demands(see email in photos)  remove yelp review and prepay before repairs would start and now the fee went from 50.00 to 100.00 Buyers beware if you purchase anything from them because when it comes to repairs and so called warranties along with bad customer service you'll end up with a paper weight and small claims to settle. Meeta/Madria keep a look out for a process server. I decided to pay the courts the fee and let the judge decide!!
