My ring broke after only two months of regular wear! I was told by Figold to mail in the ring, even though I lost one piece. THEY PROMISED TO SEND ANOTHER BUT AT THE LAST MINUTE RENEGED! I provided them with the Etsy* invoice and tracking number of the shipment of the broken piece!!! SO I am out $120. I put a ring in the layaway but ended up canceling my layaway and received a store credit for the money I had put down minus their fees. There was a ring that I wanted, I was told I couldn't use my store credit for that purchase because the ring was on sale. What sense does that make? I had over $500 of my money turned into a store credit. Why can't I use that on any item? I will NEVER shop with them again! Their customer service sucks as well. read more

The 4 stars are for the south Lebanese owner. I never new his name. He is skinny. I had to take a star away for his newer staff which is why I do not go there anymore. Moreover, I moved far out from the city many years ago and going to Hamtramck is not on any of my routes. The owner, when he has assisted me, gives great customers service along with a few other staffer I believe are related to him. He is very honest with pricing. If there is a style you can not find he is accommodating to getting it for you. I went last year after a hiatus from buying jewelry. He had newer staff. One lady in particular I do not want to ever service me. I was trying to buy a neck with a charm and ring and I was totally treated as if I was inconveniencing her time. I asked to see if the ring fit and she stepped backwards with the ring I was inquiring about as if I was going to run off with it. I have always come there and I have been able to touch and see if the jewelry fits and will compliment my wrist or hands. The owner noticed her ad told her that I am a long standing customer and good person. He allowed me to get close to the ring and try it on. I only stayed because I respect him but I wanted to walk out after dealing with his new help. I came a second time because I have been trusting their prices for years and never really ventured out to try new Arabic gold style jewelers. This girl try to tend to me and I told her in her face that I do not want her to assist me and to get me someone else. She obliged and a nice gentleman came to help me. I did find a new place so I dont have to make the commute to Hamtramck. However, if you live in the area, I recommend this place just ask for the owner to assist you or his sons. I wish I can give them zero stars. I pawned my ps4 and when I came and got it back and took it home it was broken. So I came back up here and they said there wasn't anything they can do about it. Even told me to leave and threatened to call the police. If u pawn anything there please BEWARE!!! read more

I pawned a ring that I had purchased from there. I had pawned it a few times before but this last time I pawned my ring and went back to get it they had the nerve to tell me I had already gotten it out. I still had my original receipt for the pawn, never lost anything like my ticket or ID. If I had gotten my ring out WOULD'T I HAVE KNOWN THAT!!!!!!!!!! I am so furious with theses people. And the young man that serviced me had photo copies of a pawn slip but not the original that they were suppose to have. They took my ring and resold it or something but I have an attorney looking into this matter. They shouldn't be able to get away with this. They are croooks and noone offered to help me and I know that there security cameras capture every transaction that goes on in this store. That should be proof that I did not get my ring. So all in all If you want to buy jewlery from here that's fine but Be WARE of there PAWN SHOP......Shame on these people I've been doing Business here since they were across the street from where they are now....CROOKSSSSSS read more
