They were open about their process for evaluation, and even discussed possible pricing for some additional future sales I am considering. I could not recommend this establishment, and its proprietors, more strongly. Just excellent. One more thing: I found that this is a generationally family-owned business, of which there are exceedingly fewer and fewer these days. Supporting them, as opposed to their franchised competitors (one of which is mere feet away in the same shopping mall), is important.
