We already had an existing power box outside the garage so all we needed was the bring it to the other side of the wall and get a plug outlet added. We got a few quotes back pretty quickly but JJC Electric's price was the best. Additionally, they said that they were able to do it the following day! We communicated via text and they were able to get the outlet installed in a little over an hour. They also helped us close a hole that was in the power box and sealed up the sides. They tested the outlet and showed us that there was running power and told us that their work is guaranteed. The also sent us an invoice once they finished the job. Overall, they were very professional, pricing was good, and would recommend.

Pros: Gary is a nice guy, pleasant to work with, showed up when he said he would. He and his partner installed a whole house fan and a ceiling fan that both work just fine now. His prices were reasonable and he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Cons: After reading the reviews, I was expecting someone that was really knowledgeable. He fumbled a lot with figuring out the installation. He wasn't able to install the fan where I originally wanted he said because of conflicting support beams. I asked him to install a small ceiling fan in my guest room while he was here because I figured it'd be a quick, easy addition to the work since ceiling fans aren't rocket science. He and his partner tried to tell me that they couldn't install it with a flush mount (low ceilings made it necessary). I tried to show them the exact same fan in the master bedroom that was flush mounted. They still argued with me until I showed them in the directions that came with the fan (that they unpacked) that there were instructions for a flush mount. When they left after finishing, the work was adequate but pretty sloppy. Our older house has lathe work in the walls which I understand is hard to work with, but there was piles of putty that dripped onto the fan, random drill holes from when they explored my preferred installation site, and poor quality patching at the whole house fan (see attached pictures). At the end of the day, we are able to clean, patch, and repaint where the work lacked quality and follow through. We also have 2 operational fans and the price was fair. I'm not bitter about it, but I certainly wouldn't hire them again.
