I saw some of the communication between the two realtors and I was appalled at some of the things Lisa Fonseca communicated. Anything I had to produce to Lisa's office, was done right away. Anything we asked for in return was sent or done on the very last day it was due. I am glad it was a short escrow, because she made it so stressful for everyone. I finally figured out after escrow was closed that there were backup offers, and I am sure she wanted my contract to fall through. That was the only reasoning I could find for her unprofessional behavior.

From the first walk through they pointed out features to fix in order to make the house more appealing and had contacts to get all of it done. We had a tenant that was in the unit at the time and it was not always easy, but Jeff and Debbie were understanding and accommodating. Once we had a offer they drew out what the offer would look like to our end game and also included a counter offer. We countered and it was accepted, we were under contract in about 4 days.
