He met with me at least three times before we finalized the quote to make sure he knew exactly what we needed. Jason and Jobel were our installers and they worked hard to get the project done. They were also perfectionists which my neurotic heart appreciated - the two of them literally went over every inch of the install at the end and swapped out any slats that didn't pass their quality check. They even redid a tricky corner four times to make sure I was satisfied. Mike came by every day to check on everything and discuss all steps with me. We had some issues with the gates and the locks/handles I had already purchased and Mike had his welder fabricate custom pieces to make sure the gates worked and looked nice.
