Worldcare Pet moved our dog to Dubai, and we had a wonderful experience. Our dog arrived safe and…read moresound...even happy. His tail was wagging, he was clean, and he hugged the attendant who dropped him off. Below's a snapshot of how it went, and you can read more on my Blog at http://inspiredstrategy.blogspot.com/2014/09/moving-pet-to-dubai.html We worked with our Pet Relocation Counselor Ashley for a couple months before the move. She was great. She walked us through the experience step by step, returned emails and phone calls promptly, and made sure we had everything we needed for the move. On the big day, Argus took a "ground leg" from Cincinnati to Chicago. There are no direct flights from Cincinnati to Dubai, and Worldcare Pet likes to minimize time in the air. He then flew KLM, which Worldcare Pet says is the best. The pets fly underneath the pilots in a temperature-controlled area. The best part was we got updates from Ashley all along the way. When Argus arrived in Chicago, when he got clearance to fly, when he made it to his layover in Amsterdam and when he was about to go through customs in Dubai. She even sent pictures, which put our minds at ease.

I would not use WorldCare Pet Transport again…read more My employer paid approximately $9,000 to transport my three Maine Coon cats across the country. I expected professional animal handling, adherence to clear care instructions, monitoring, and communication. That is not what I received. Before the trip, the transporter told me he had never seen a Maine Coon before. Because of that, I provided detailed, straightforward instructions for their care. I sent 30 cans of wet food, a large container of dry food, ample treats, raised wide food and water bowls appropriate for Maine Coons, and a water fountain for the hotels. My instructions were simple: feed wet food morning and evening while at the hotel, provide continuous access to dry food and water both at the hotel and while traveling, and give me regular updates. Those instructions were not followed. When my cats arrived, only nine of the 30 cans were gone. Seven of those nine can be accounted for in photographs I received during the trip, showing opened cans placed directly inside the transport crates. I cannot understand how a professional animal handler could possibly think that putting an opened can of wet food inside a crate during road transport constitutes appropriate feeding, particularly when raised wide bowls appropriate for Maine Coons were provided, and there were explicit instructions about when and how to feed them. There was nothing extraordinary about the instructions provided. My cats also vomited during the trip. I was never told. I discovered it myself when I unpacked dirty linens that had been stuffed into a bag. All three arrived stressed and had lost weight. Then, as the transporter was leaving, he told me something I had not been told before the trip: he had never transported cats before. He added that he would "miss these guys." Had I known that the person responsible for transporting my three cats across the country for four days had never transported cats before, I would have canceled the trip. WorldCare's response afterward was equally troubling. When my concerns reached the CEO, he called me--not to apologize or tell me the company would investigate, but to tell me I must have misunderstood the transporter because, according to him, the transporter had transported cats before. I did not misunderstand. He insisted that my cats had been fed despite the amount of food returned and the photographs showing how that food was being provided. Then, when I questioned how little they appeared to have eaten, he told me that cats often do not eat during travel because they essentially "hibernate." Cats do not hibernate. Cats may eat less under stress. That makes careful monitoring of food intake more important during a four-day transport, not less. If three cats are eating poorly, vomiting, or losing weight, I expect a professional pet-transport company to notice, document it, notify the owner, and respond appropriately. Communication throughout the trip was also inadequate. I repeatedly sought updates and assistance from my WorldCare coordinator and did not receive the level of responsiveness I expected. This was not a case of demanding extraordinary care. I provided the food, bowls, equipment, and clear instructions. My employer paid for professional pet transport. Instead, instructions were disregarded, significant information about the transporter's experience was not disclosed to me beforehand, vomiting was not reported, and my concerns afterward were met with contradiction and excuses rather than accountability. For approximately $9,000 to transport three cats, I expected far better care, judgment, transparency, and professionalism. I do not recommend WorldCare Pet Transport.

These are just a few of the challenges I face as the owner of, Rainbow Pet Concierge, an exclusive pet care business that specializes in providing extraordinary service to high profile clients. Typically, I personally provide my clients with the majority of their pet care needs however, there are some tasks that require only the most seasoned professionals. Usually I spend several weeks, sometimes months, researching and interviewing the top pet care service providers until I'm convinced, I found the very best. Anthony convinced me in a day! Not only is he the most knowledgeable transport pro it's a bonus that his prices are by far the most reasonable. Of all the phenomenal professionals I've worked with over the years I've never worked with a business that responds as quickly as Anthony and his team. I mean at all hours 7am or 2am he answers texts, emails, and phone calls within 15-20 mins every time! I'm a seriously tough person to impress however, Anthony's customer service, professionalism, and last minuet booking absolutely blew his competition out of the running. If you don't hire Pet Transport Pro you're doing yourself and your pet a huge disservice! Such a pleasure working with you and look forward to using your services in the future!

For anyone who needs long distance transport without the fear, worry and hysteria, please do yourself and your pet a favor and contact Anthony and his team. We just used him for a 2556 mile move from ny Las Vegas, Nevada. Our dog is more important to my wife than me. LOL, so if anything went wrong, I'm the one who would suffer more. (LOL Anthony took charge of the project, explained it fully and kept us informed throughout the very long day. Our Bisho is 16 lbs and 14 years old, so we were very apprehensive and knew we couldn't do it ourselves. If you absolutely want the best experience ever for your pet, contact him and you will Not be let down. Well done, well worth the money for the perfect results. Thanks so much.
