I was privileged to be among the over 100 students who participated in the first Continuing Education 14 hour Real Estate Course Online this past 3/24-3/25/2020. It was presented by the Dynamic Duo of Alessandro Danieli and Larry Singh. Their combination of experience and professionalism was absolutely phenomenal! There was a unique flow of information and interesting tips that both shared. I enjoyed the fact that there was absolutely no time wasted traveling to and from the class. We were all there on time, ready, willing and able to receive important information which was passed on in the most genuine way. Sure there were some IT issues but for the most part, were handled in the most efficient manner. I totally endorse this venue for future classes. Every page of the course was covered and all questions were answered. The instructors were thoroughly prepared and their years of experience and total enthusiasm came forth in the most fruitful way. There is no denying that both brought their A-game and deserve to be recognized for their tremendous efforts. Please, please, please let's make this way of learning happen going forward. I've completed over four courses there and have recommended the institution to numerous friends, family members, and colleagues. I began my venture into Real Estate Sales by attending a course conducted by Larry Greer when the school was located on Commercial Blvd on the 2nd floor of a local office building. So many years have passed since then but I have found that attending classes at Gold Coast have proven a successful educational choice in enchanting my career and maintaining my license not only through continuing educational courses but subsequently venturing into Property Management and then some. I just completed my R.E. Brokers continuing educational requirement for my license renewal and the class conducted by Gaspare was worth every hour spend in training but, on the other hand, one can't overlook listening to the exchange of ideas and experiences of others. Mr.Ray Clemente words can't express how he made the class so enjoyable. I took the 4 week night class. The class was so interesting that I would forget that it was 9 o'clock. He was able to relate his life stories to the class material. He was funny and far from boring. He really took the time out to explain . If he noticed someone was having a hard time understanding he would take the time out to repeat it. He was very patient with everyone. I sat front and centered. I would highly recommend anyone to take Ray Clemente as an instructor. I took my class exam today and PASSED!!! All thanks to Ray. I could literally hear him saying certain phrases that stuck. The course was just as promised it would be... Intense week of learning. Ray Clemente is an amazing instructor!! The material discussed in class and his examples all rang in my head during test time. Those examples he spoke about helped me understand and remember the material. It was alot of material and a short period of time, the instructor made the class time entertaining and he spoke during class. He did not read from the book. He is super knowledgeable about his stuff and there was not a question he could not answer. He goes fast, but again it is a week course. I had to review on my own and study after class. He prepares you for the class test by giving reviews and highlights all throughout the class. Now I will continue studying for my State test. I'd just like to say that I took the 4 week couse at night so that I could work while learning Real Estate from Ray Clemente. Ray's ablity to deliver the business of Real Estate to myself and I'm sure my classmates would agree was conveyed to us in a language we fully understood.While reviewing any situation we may come across during our employment in the business Ray made sure we're aware of the consequenses, left no stone unturned teaching the course. He has a great sense of humor and showed us the attitude and knowledge a Real Estate Associate should have to perform, starting out and what's necessary before closing the deal along with our rights. I have other licenses and certifications but this course has been the toughest with regard to the amount of information that I had to learn thus far. Working all day and then coming to school at night. Studying, sleeping and taking care of my family in between. Because of Ray Clemente, the experience was better than I could have expected. He was thorough, patient, explained things until everyone understood and would ask each time before moving on. He has a sense of humor and told stories related to what we were learning which helped us to retain the information. I will be looking to take the post class with him and would recommend his class to anyone looking to get their license. Rather then review the school, which was fantastic, my acknowledgment goes ALL to my instructor, Mr Ray Clemente! I attended his 4hr, 3 day a week course. During this same time I was battling a personal issue, associated with DBPR and the real possible of the inability to obtain a R/E license. This distraction left only a 1/3 at best of my mind attentiveness for the class room subject matter, which was very difficult. If not for his' absolute best and most effect delivery style conveying the material, I would not have passed the end of course exam! I am at my retirement age. I hold a broker's license in 2 other states and decide to get my brokers license in Florida where I have a second home. I was fortunate enough to have Gaspare Luciana as my professor. As a little bit of background, I have a full Bachelor's degree after 5 tough years of college. That being said, I am serious when I say that I wish there were more professors like him. He provided a really refreshing teaching technique.
