After driving 40 minutes, we spent about an hour waiting while the class was being set up, followed by another hour of lecture--only to then be told we would not be able to complete certification. As a result, I was not given the opportunity to finish or receive certification. This appears to have been a planning and communication issue, and it resulted in a complete waste of time. I will now need to find another provider and start over. I would recommend confirming capacity, materials, and eligibility in advance before attending.

I been i the medical field for over 20 years I have NEVER seen so called professionals act the way…read morethese men act when waking in my home. These racist showed NO COMPASSION AT ALL they didn't even care...it's like they was stalling waiting on my husband to DIE it took over 10 minutes to get to him.They kept stalling and sat at the corner with no siren on taking their time. They knew exactly what they was doing. Not to mention the younger guy that was NASTY very obvious he don't like blacks. I can tell they been getting away with this behavior for a long time. One guy picked my husband arm up and drop it like he was NOTHING and said he's dead! They took their time doing CPR and giving meds. These white men took their time taking a black man to the hospital I looked in the truck they was laughing and joking I knocked on window three times asking why you all not leaving one just looked at me. If you don't like your job or the people you have to help find another job and stay away from the public. They didn't even bring bed in the room to transfer they drag him down the hall that had plenty of room to bring the bed down. Again, this been going on a while I can tell they comfortable they get been getting away with it for so long. SAD! The same young BOY went in my husband medicine drawer said HE TAKE ALL THESE AND SLAM THE DRWER BACK...HE WAS NASTY JUST A NASTY ATTITUDE. People I'm telling you they stalled and waited and I'm not the only one who say this and they been getting away with it for a LONG time.
