All Dry USA improperly put in flooring in my Grandfather's home after a flood and refuse to fix it…read more They scare seniors into signing contracts that work has to be performed immediately and then use subcontractors, who do not have the skill and the training to properly do the work. When installing the flooring they did not leave any room for expansion. Now, only about a year later the floor is dangerously falling apart because of their improper installation, and they won't do anything about it. Defects like this will never show up under their so-called warranty because the flooring expands and contracts with time over the seasons.
