He took apart light fixtures and cleaned dusted areas that Haven t been touched in ten years. Ceiling fans cleaned. Our bathroom walls were scrubbed clean and our bathroom shined . We have a husky and his hair is embedded everywhere and idk how Patrick did it but there was not one hair left . Got quoted under $200 for a move-in cleaning job for an apartment, which Patrick stated would take 5 to 6 hours. At about 6pm, a frustrated Patrick called me stating that this was not a move-in clean, but a post-construction cleaning job. Granted I did not know there was a difference, I accepted that it would take some more time and agreed for him to continue. (He should have identified this earlier when he started rather than when he was almost done) Patrick ended at about 8 (since I arrived shortly thereafter to drop off some supplies) and billed me over $300. I have a slew of photos that show many items were attended to poorly, not to mention the floors still had construction dust all over (I went to purchase a hardwood floor scrubber and re-did the floors - threw out a load of dirty water and about 1 inch layer of sludge from the scrubber). His website claims "If You're Not Happy, You Don't Pay. It's That Simple!" and even offers a money-back guarantee. This is pure false advertising, as Patrick argued with me and harassed me by even calling and texting my phone after 9pm (even at midnight once or twice) crying to get paid. I finally felt sorry for him and offered to pay his original quote. Anyone want to see photos, I got a bunch. I'm still hearing about how bad a job he did from my wife. read more

We required a cleaning service for a small house in New York saw an advert in the local paper called to set up an appointment and an estimate Patrick and his workers arrived late and wanted to start without clarifying how many people he needed and how long the job would take we wanted the house cleaned including steam-cleaning of sofas and upholstery this was a small three bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath house they started on one floor after saying we should move things out of the way we even asked that they not clean one bedroom where we moved some things from other rooms we realized they were taking a long time on the one floor (over 6 hours) Patrick seamed to just supervise the 4 crew members and he was the one who was supposed to clean the upholstery items then they started on the other floor where we were we stayed outside on the porch area out of their way there was a big crashing sound that came out of the front room when we went to check out what happened Patrick entered the room first and closed the door behind him as we opened the door we heard Patrick yelling at the two working in the room that they should use a ladder when we entered the room we saw Patrick holding the set of venetian blinds from a big window when we asked what happened Patrick said everything was o.k. we asked if anything was damaged and Patrick said no when we left the room Patrick again closed the door after us and spoke loudly to the workers we were being very hospitable to Patrick and his crew all the time they were there offering food and drink and any supplies they might need like paper towels and brushes and brooms and cleaning supplies we noticed that the crew who were now all on the same floor were working slowly and sometimes going back over the same areas (doors and tables) they had already cleaned they were emptying any dirty water from mopping the floors into the kitchen sink which was clean already instead of using stepladders two of the workers just climbed onto the stove and sinks to clean above their heads one worker tried to stop a slow-moving overhead fan by holding the blades still while dusting them instead of asking how to turn the fan off another 5 plus hours had gone by and we were now wondering when they would finish we asked Patrick how much longer they would need and explained that my wife who is disabled needed to rest Patrick said they needed another hour there were still pieces of furniture that the workers had moved outside that had not been cleaned and the main pieces of upholstery (sofa and loveseats) had not even been started on we ourselves started to move things from outside the house back into the house in plain sight of Patrick over twelve hours had passed since Patrick and his crew arrived we said they had to finish up to which Patrick said o.k. we then noticed two of Patrick's crew members had already left the house Patrick asked if he could come back the next day to finish the work and if he could leave the upholstery vacuums and tools in the house we said we were not able to do that and he should take his equipment the time was approaching midnight (yes , midnight) we sat down with Patrick to work out the bill Patrick said the charges would be 1500 dollars we did not believe how much he was charging for the work that was done Patrick broke it down as 4 workers working 13 hours at 32 dollars an hour each Patrick waited at the house while we went to get more cash because we did not think it would cost nearly that much Patrick and his crew did not even finish the job after 13 hours we paid Patrick the 1500 dollars that he was charging us the next day my wife got quite upset after finding out there was damage done to the venetian blinds that were pulled off the window and to the screens of the windows that the cleaning of some of the furniture was not done right ( picture frames , window sills , tops of dressers . legs of tables) also , she was heartbroken to find two beloved items (one very precious hand-made lamp gifted to her , and one irreplaceable family heirloom from WWII) were shattered ,with some of the pieces hidden and other parts thrown away leaving us no option to repair them subsequent phone calls made to Patrick were not returned after he found out he would not be asked to finish the work for which he would charge more money we deeply regret hiring Patrick and his workers we also regret not being able to give no stars in this review read more

Hi my Name is Tonya. White Glove have an excellent cleaning company they cleaned my area rug that i thought would never come clean, but WHITE GLOVE did the job. There prices are reasonable i would recommend them. They came and picked my rug up and dropped it back to me in a fashionable time. They cleaned my rug so clean i dont want to put it back on the floor .The workers are nice and i would use them again. I hired White Glove to clean a rather valuable, large Oriental rug that has been in my family for decades. I had contacted about 4 different entities to get quotes. Patrick got back to me the same day (and was the only one to respond). Based on my description (including approximation of the size of the rug because I'd neglected to measure it before folding it) he estimated $360 to clean it, including pick up and delivery, BUT he would have to "take a look at the rug to make sure there weren't any issues that could drive that price up." He and his very polite son picked it up at my convenience (7:30pm!) and returned it about 1.5 weeks later, again at my convenience. The rug looks amazing and he charged exactly what he estimated: $360. He is an honest, hardworking professional who handled my family heirloom with pride in his work.
